4 Ha ha office not allowed to call me anymore
Never had any issues with them until my payments keep on increasing due to having their insurance to make up for full coverage I've had it since I opened a loan with them.
Now for some reason they are increasing my payments so I call them and speak to Jesus work Id # 4202408 ask why can't give me reason so I asked how much original payment was never got an answer because I did get the unemployment insurance at beginning of loan which I thought was a good idea diffently not so I asked him to cancel unemployment insurance tells me it will not lower my payment.when I added the unemployment insurance it made my payment go up but now that I'm going to due away with anything causing me to pay more he's telling me it will not lower my payment and on top of that he never answered my 1simple question something is not right but you're i will make complaints to every agency possible
My financial situation was taking care of in a fast efficient and professional manner and all my needs were met great place to do business all the staff were very helpful
This group of individuals is the most incompetent group of people. They are terrible communication and lie to you to rack up fees. Whenever there is an issue they have ZERO care for their customers. They make zero effort to even try to help fix their own mistakes. I would stay away from this branch.
Tip: get the highest amount possible and give most of it back to secure the lowest interest rate. DO NOT take any of the bells and whistles like unemployment insurance as it hinges on Texas workforce commission. Insurance policies are a joke.
