OnTrac, DeSoto TX

I just had a package delivered by Ontrac, I was quite nervous after seeing the reviews. My package arrived hastily and in good condition (no scuffs or dents or missing product). The website tracking was a little janky but all went well Thank you!

Wouldn't even give one star. Didn't deliver my packages. Lost not 1 BUT TWO! Really?
These were gifts for my kids.

It is beyond appalling how unprofessional your employees are when dealing with customer issues. It means your employee stole my belongings if your driver marks a package as delivered, but my security does not have them on camera or signed in. You do not have any records of my belongings, according to your customer service representative. Customers are treated disrespectfully when employees disconnect the chat when they ask them a question. This company lacks delivery professionalism, customer service skills, and communication.

The absolute worst delivery service ever. They have delivered one of my packages to the incorrect address when the address is clearly on the package. The second package they are acting as if they do not know how to use a GPS system to deliver my package to the correct address. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I am not sure how they are still in business, and why companies ship with them. How hard could it be to deliver a package? I absolutely would never recommend this company and it sucks because they don’t even have a phone number. You have to text them. And when I’m texting them, it seems like they have an attitude. Having a phone to be able to call would be so much easier because you could understand the frustration of the customer.

Zero stars should definitely be an option… this company is the worst! My SHEIN package was delivered to the wrong house. They took a photo confirmation of delivery so I have proof that wasn’t my house. They so called opened an “investigation” which was supposed to be closed in 2 business days. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard a thing. This company is trash.

Packages and content (one made out of steel, mind you) were badly damaged. All the cardboard boxes had signs of damage, holes etc. Never use this carrier - avoid at all costs.

The worst company for shipping, one of my packages was sent by this company and it is already 5 days late, another package that was sent at the same time arrived more than 1 week ago and my other package still has no terrible response.

This company took too long to receive my order and in the end it says delivery at midnight and my order never appeared, the packages are stolen and you have no solution with the refunds, what a disgusting company

Wish I could give a 0 star. Package delayed 7 days, said my address was wrong, changed the destination city, has said out for delivery or delayed 8 times, and said received at facility 3 times. And can't get in touch with a person.

Says they delivered my package which I never received, there is no phone number that actually works, chat feature only allows you to open up a ticket which will be addressed 48 hours later. It really should be no stars

Update: my package was delivered on time, with no issues. My only problem with the service was the tracking info was not accurate or helpful until the last second, so that along with all the terrible reviews made me worry it would never arrive.

Will hire you, let you work for a month or 2 & then fire you when your background check comes in.

The worst shipping company it’s been a month and some days and still my package has not arrived. They literally just continue to add to the delayed date for arrival. I don’t know what companies thought it was okay to do business with this company for shipping. They don’t give updates, they don’t respond back and if they do be prepared to be hit with a lie like “the order will be there into business days because it got delivered to the wrong facility of theirs. ” I’m so sick of them same story it’s ridiculous when Desoto, Tx is literally no where from Dallas, Tx you guys have to be kidding me. I would recommend that people should now check directly with the purchasing company who they will ship through before purchasing anything due to this so called or bootlegged scamming shipping company.

I have not received my package from this company I’m not why the seller use them. I want to file a scam on this company

My package never arrived and I think I'm not the only one that a fraudulent company has passed to it.

This place is a joke. My package has been sitting 10 minutes away from me for 3 days. Company’s using this delivery service is going to lose a lot of money.

Update! Instead of answer my emails they changes the status of my package to in-transit and blocked me from the website. I have yet to receive my package.

Terrible user experience. They told me my package wasn't delivered because I didn't give them the gate code. I've submitted two tickets a day with the gate code and in the last 3 days I get a text every single day saying they can't deliver the package because they don't have

I’m pretty sure they hire drivers that cannot read because how do you deliver a package to the wrong apartment and the numbers are showing clear as day. Now I have to drive around and find an outfit for the RWT. Just sad

Fraudulent company usually steals the packages and they deliver and never deliver the Shein packages and the others that hire these agencies will lose customers that's why they are thieves, report to Shein and give all the information and the name of the shipping company so that remove your contract with them

I’ve been trying to get my package from this company for over two weeks. Their response is that my package was sent to the seller because of an incorrect address. Half of my package was delivered to my correct address I don’t understand how half of it is being held.
