I love onyx! I’ve been going here for 3 years now. Any time that I’ve tried a different salon, I immediately regretted it and came back to Onyx! You can’t go wrong with any of the nail techs and Julie the manager is the BEST. Helen did my nails this week and they look amazing.

The best place to go for dip and gel nails.
I’m here every four weeks however my last dip and gel nails lasted me for 5 weeks. Very professional and very clean and sanitary environment!

Love Onyx nail bar! They did such a great job - I wanted custom Clemson colors for the game this weekend and showed them a Pinterest design and they did it better than I imagined. Super clean place and a free drink too! Will definitely be back.

Helen always does a great job with my nails. She's been doing them for years and I love them every time. She's super fast and super sweet

Wish I could give 0 stars.will never go back here. Got a set of tips and 2 fills here, when they went to take them off I had fungus covering 2 nails. Really disappointing they’d do such careless work and not apologize or take responsibility.

I left out almost crying how terrible my nails looked! The shape was terrible the color was blotchy it looked like I had them done by a 2 year old. I asked them to fix 2x and the guy just couldn’t figure it out. Smh
I told the lady I would tip the guy for his time but not pay for services. The lady insisted I pay and we had a short argument in front of other customers. I finally handed them a 20 and gave the man a tip and left. I am so angry not for the money but the embarrassment of how the lady yelled in front of people at me and not training the guy correctly as he was a very nice guy. He literally just did not know what in the world of nails he was doing!
Shame on you Onyx for not training your people and thinking random customers can be their dummy for practice and STILL EXPECT THE SAME $$$!

This is good place for natural nails and the employees are usually very nice but not any type of nail Enhancements and watch out for the front door bouncer lady

Onyx is literally the best! I have been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. They have so many colors and I always go to see Cee cee and she’s literally the BEST. I have nothing but great things to say about onyx:)

I love Tran! I’ve been going to Onyx Nail bar for 10+ years. The salon is beautiful, and Tran is the best! I won’t let anyone else do my nails.

I love coming here, the customer service is always so amazing. I drive 20-25min to come get a pedi and my nails done. It doesn't matter who does my nails, whenever I tell someone what I want they deliver and I just LOVE that. They forever have a customer when it comes to me. I also started to visit the shop because of a popular YouTube vlogger (Peyton Charles) when I was looking for a new nail shop, she always gets it right.

THEE BEST nail shop ever! The service is amazing, & I never have to wait to get started. CECE & Jon never disappoint me. Everyone there is so good and friendly.
