Hello everyone, I’ve been looking for some good fried rice, I love Chicago and when I tell you this place, here is the bomb the best of everything I never had tofu with the vegetable and the curry sauce you will fall in love.

I would have given them 20 stars if they would allowed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the amount of food provided. Which was quickly prepared. The Chef even gave us some special season fried rice to sample. We will be coming back very soon. Please stop by and try them out!

Food was fantastic, the owner was very nice and even gives food to the less fortunate. My wife said it was some of the best low mein she’s ever had and the Hunan chicken was incredible. We will definitely be back.

Great place to go for lunch and very good value. I got the lunch special orange beef with white rice and it was very filling. Will be coming back

Came to this location a few years ago when I first moved to the Lewisville area. I was looking for a good Chinese food place and decided to check OpenRice out. This place does not disappoint the portions are large and the food is always good. I always get the Combo Fried rice and have never had an issue yet. Highly recommend this place. I don't think k you will be disappointed.

We tried this place on a whim based on the plethora of positive reviews, and we weren't disappointed. We dined in late afternoon a weekday, so the place was pretty empty and were served promptly. Let me start with the numerous positives and the most important - which is the food. We ordered Sesame Chicken and Orange Chicken with fried rice, and both were delicious! The Orange Chicken was flavorful and there was a ton of chicken pieces. The rice is what you typically see with Americanized fried rice - rice, egg, a few veggie pieces. The family package was the way to go for two people as it included choice of (2) soup - my wonton soup was large and phenomenal - and choice of (2) egg roll or (2) crab rangoons. The rangoons were full and perfectly cooked. Not only was the food tasty but the entree portion sizes were enormous. I'm looking forward to having leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I only saw two employees and they were HUSTLING! The gentleman who waited on us I believe was also the chef and he was gracious and accommodating. Even though their soda fountain was out of order he was prepared with bottles of soda. We preferred water and he promptly gave us two bottles of water on the house. Just a couple of negatives but they don't detract from the positives. The seating area is small and could use an update (and a good cleaning, but I'm going to chalk that up to them being short staffed). Also, the dishes were disposable, but I'm not too bougie to eat off a paper plate - especially when it's that delicious. Since dining in doesn't really add to the experience, I can see why they do a booming business with their to-go orders as they didn't stop the whole time we were there. My full-time job is restaurant marketing (not for Open Rice though) and I'm afraid that if word got out about how good this place is they wouldn't be able to handle the influx of business. Although, I'll keep telling people to go there, and we'll be back for sure.

I truly wanted this place to be my place to go for asian influenced meals. Nope, no and never again. The two meals we received was soaked in some kinda of sauce and drowned out what we ordered. MSG and salt no charge.

Today I had a minor error and management fixed it and made it right for us. I will be returning. The Kung Pao chicken was excellent

I was pleasantly surprised to find out they did not serve pork at this restaurant (due to religious reasons). My husband and I got a huge portion of chicken fried rice and beef lo mein. Then we got chicken dumplings and crab Rangoon. Everything was sooooo good and cooked in a homey manner. Deff will be back. Nice inside decor too

Love this place. Owners are always friendly. I have never had food that was not fresh or yummy.

Super cute and fantastic for portion price. But wait.it gets better. The perfect spicy level for me, super fast service, and delicious food. This is a keeper for sure!

I went to this place based upon these ratings, and sadly, I won't be returning again. On the first visit I purchased combination rice, and I swear this is the first time I've ever had fried rice with no vegetables. You could literally count the number of peas and carrots with the dish. I decided I would try them one more time and this time I purchase the same combination fried rice, that again had the same limited vegetables and wonton soup. The soup was so salty that I literally couldn't eat it and just threw it away. It was basically salt water with a couple of wontons in it. Definitely not appetizing. The shrimp in the combination rice tasted like they were cooked in old oil and had a really bad flavor, so I picked them out, and threw them away as well. Yeah, it was definitely not worth the money spent there both times.

Oh my, we will be back! This place whipped up our meals quickly, checked on our table several times and just made our stop in wonderful. Lots of food for the price! I couldn’t eat all mine but my husband did. Thank you for the amazing service and wonderful food!

I love this place I go a couple of times a week. The food is excellent the service is fast and the price is right. A cute little couple owns the place.

Not good! I got friend rice and it was awful! It had to have been sitting all day, it had no flavor I took 4 bites and threw it away! Don’t eat her unless you like to pay for overpriced garbage

Always get plenty of food for the money. They make it when you order it unlike Panda Express sitting under heat lamps. They give you all the sauce they cook it in so it's not dry when you get where your going when take out.

This place is amazing. Portion is big. Prices are very reasonable. Best customer service in North Texas. You must try this place!

Chicken and broccoli was awesome. Inside not very fancy but the food was very good and hot. Will be back.

Finally, after being in the area for YEARS a place that knows how to make quality Asian food. I especially like their entrees with shrimp.
