Worst franchise to work with. Haven’t gotten paid for the second time. They will not answer your calls, voicemail or emails. Only time they will answer quick is if you are new and want to become a franchise owner. When you call for new customer they will pick up right away and tell you they cannot contact anyone at the franchise support or that there is no one to help you. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find a better franchise that will actually work with you and pay you on time!

The worst place to work, I work for two months and it’s been 7 months and I still waiting for my payment.

I highly recommend that you do not, in any circumstances, work for this company. We are a lawn maintenance vendor they hired on contract in June. It's December and they've yet to pay us one penny for the work that we did.

As a family owned business, we've been carrying their unpaid balance, which is completely unacceptable. Stay very far away from this company.

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE!

If I could give 0 stars I would, they hire people to work but don’t pay them & they are hard to contact, I was blocked from calling because they refused to pay me for well over a month & the guy Raul Mejia kept hanging up on me saying he wasn’t going to do anything about my issues. Don’t trust them they are liars & thief’s specially Rosa & Reyna.
They yelled at me & refused to give me any type of Information, said that I wasn’t a worker even tho I worked for them for 2 weeks, I have voice recordings & video recording how they treated me, I have yet to be paid. They hire & fire undocumented people & don’t pay them. Because they know they don’t speak up so they are easy prey to get taken advantage of. I will be posting this as many places to get attention to this nightmare company.

I would not suggest this company at all. They sell you hard on quality cleaning and how they use the best and hire the best. The reality? They franchise the cleaning out and you do not meet your cleaner until the start date. Their "quality" tends to be much different than the big sales pitch. I have went through two different cleaners at this point due to efforts in cleaning, quality of cleaning as well as punctuality. I would NOT suggest. Keep it local- hire someone local not a huge company like Open Works.

The first rep I met was incredibly kind and responsive for the first two meetings. In the first meeting I told him we were not interested in their services but he insisted on coming back with his manager to work out a potential deal.

I finally agreed to schedule a "one-time" clean to test their crew. They did such a poor job I had to request for them to come back and clean everything they had missed. (They did not end up coming back) <edit*

I am not sure if the initial politeness was a trick to get our business but after a failed "one-time" clean the aforementioned rep was impossible to reach. He would not reply to any of my messages!

The next contact I had was him forwarding my email to another person without any note or acknowledgement to the situation.

I felt like they wanted to get our business so they were nice and when we were not satisfied with the job done they had no moral support to give.

That being said, I was also told we would not have to pay for the (lack of) cleaning that took place, however, months later I began receiving calls and emails about the invoice and was told we HAD to pay.

Overall, I am not pleased with OpenWorks and definitely suggest looking elsewhere if you want good customer service!

I recently became a new franchisee. The staff has been extremely cooperative, informative and supportive. Definitely am glad to have them on my team.
