Operation Id, Houston TX

If you're in a jam and you need to get your ID thanks have changed a lot. You need an ID to get an ID but these people will help you get your birth certificate and whatever else it takes to get your ID including paying for it for you it is well worth it if you're really in a spot.

Absolutely an abomination. I have been waiting for 7 months to receive my Birth Certificate!
The first time Mark admitted they had the wrong address and instead of coming to Operation ID it went somewhere else.
Now Mark doesn't even have the courtesy of returning my phone calls which I leave on every Tuesdays and Thursdays!
I don't care if you are doing social or volunteer work. If you can't do the work professionally
DON'T DO IT!

Thursday I'll be there hope I dont have to come back one stop shop I need an identification like the next person and this is suppose to be the place to help me get that to get my life back on track

Operation ID provides a good service for the community and the volunteers are very friendly and helpful! The earlier you get here, the sooner you get out. I would recommend arriving no later than 7: 30 AM

I appreciate the people who work here they're kind and have the love of GOD in their heart! Living in the great state of Texas it's a saying that things are bigger in the Lone Star State well with that being said the hearts in the city of Houston are huge I Am grateful to be a Houstonian because this city is full of good people! The people at operations ID are there and willing to help Thank You LORD!

The staff is wonderful and the process is fair and easy. Make sure you take a referral with you when you go.

Ridiculous waiting time was told to get there by 630am but dont even open until after 9am and for id's only Tues and thus

You will and can get work.you just have to show up early in the morning if you really want a for sure thing, like 4-6am, and you have a option of getting paid that day or weekly, the gentleman that work the office knows how well your day was and will keep that in mind for you when you show up the following day for a ticket to work, the ones who take pride will be rewarded for a higher paying job.

Hard to find on bus route. Long lines but efficiently handled. Overall pleasant except for the constant pan-handling.

Operation ID was a true Blessing to me and My Daughter. We were able to receive the funds for our Id's. Very Loving and Caring Atmosphere. Blessings to each and One of you with a Servants Heart!

They were absolutely helpful in acquiring my birth certificate and so pleasant. I took a number and within 15 minutes My number was called. My total time spent there was maybe an hour to an hour and a half. Not bad at all.

They turn you away id they don't have enough volunteers, so get there early if you want to be helped

Free parking around the clock, church services, friendly people, and councling available to those in need.
