Customer service is ok. Overall the company will not lend you a decent amount. Came in a couple of times to try and increase my loan and seems they don’t have funds anymore and lending less and less. Very unsatisfactory service due to this. I’ve always made good credit history and seems like they don’t take that into consideration. If you have taken a loan out do not liquidate your loan to try and get a higher loan as they will cut your loan amount to a lower amount. I’ve had this happened several times. Overall not worth it.
