OHI's program, facilitators, and the food and juice are just amazing. I have been 4x this past year and cannot say enough about how this place is so healing, rejuvenating, and just so special. OHI meets my spiritual needs by providing me a quiet place to rest and rejuvenate with a diet designed for healing mind body and spirit. Classes are educational and encouraging. It is a perfect place to direct the body toward a healthy life style.

OHI is the place to go if you truly want to achieve what their name states: Optimum Health. Their program not only helps with nutrition and physical health, but it also integrates mental and emotional well being as well. Staff is not very friendly - they don't cater to individual customers and instead apply blanket policies with no recourse. Even their phone system feels corporate even they have only 2 locations? Please

They have a terrible cancellation policy - charged me $400 for cancelling 11 days out - their policy is that you must cancel 13 days out. I told them I had to cancel because I didn't have the money for the stay, still charged me. Evil.

1. Don't give them your CC info up front - or give them a bogus one.
2. Cancel your CC before canceling your stay if you want to save $400.

This is an amazing place filled with amazing people to help guide you towards feeling AMAZING. The program is designed to help heal mind, body, and spirit. I have been 3 separate times and I always return back to my daily life feeling energized and eager to live my life.

I cannot say enough great things about my two week experience at OHI of Austin. Not only did I lose some weight, I came home feeling more powerful and clearer than ever. It truly is a place that provides an amazin mind, body and soul healing though diet, classes and guest comradery. The staff is amazing and the location is so peaceful. I cannot wait to return again next year.

There is no other place I've found that can repeatedly transform my life in as little as a week! If you are looking for a safe & nourishing place to "re-set" your Body, Mind, Spirit - this IS it! Oh my.these people have lost their way! They used to be good healers but now they blindly follow narratives.they are now order followers.

Blocking the most important ingredient to health (oxygen) will not get you healthy. Following the germ theory will lead you right off the cliff. Go elsewhere if you want to heal.
