They were able to work my 86 yoa Dad in when he accidentally showed up on the wrong day. The staff were extremely nice, understanding and professional with him. He is having an unpleasant experience with his primary dentist and this experience helped him believe that there are professionals still out there. Thank all of you very much!

Gomez is amazing and the best and his whole staff is genuine. I live pretty far from his office and every time I need him the drive has been worth it.

Thank you so much and I’m glad that you have helped me through my transformation journey.

The doctors and staff were very compassionate! When I had my treatment they calmed my nerves. They were very professional and the front desk answered all of my questions concerning my insurance. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental work done!

For the past two weeks I have been dealing with a horrible infection in my wisdom teeth. I saw multiple doctors, two different trips to the ER because of the pain and was prescribed two different antibiotics to kill the infection but nothing was helping. Due to my new job and obtaining a new dental insurance I had to wait to see a new dentist to refer me to an oral surgeon. Finally on 9/21/2023 I was referred to an oral surgeon (Dr. Gomez) and they scheduled me for my consult 9/25/2023. After Dr. Gomez reviewed my x-rays and saw the pain I was in he scheduled my procedure for this same morning (I was informed ahead of time to fast the 6 hours). I am so thankful for an oral surgeon who saw the pain I was in and knew that making me wait for the removal was no option. Thank you Dr. Gomez and all of your staff. I will forever be grateful for you all.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I was trying to be pro active and get the required paperwork for my spouse who is under care of MD Anderson and they didn’t seem to want to help or care. Looking for other options.

I was charged $460 for a simple tooth extraction! My regular dentist referred me to them. Unfortunately, I failed to get an estimate.

Got my wisdom teeth removed there. Their customer service it’s just awful, from the people at the desk to the dentists. The receptionist that gave me my quote seemed like she barely wanted to answer my questions about how my insurance covered the price of my procedure, did not give me any details. The oral surgeon literally took like less than 2 minutes to explain me the post-operatory guidelines and then on top of that I went in there the next day because I thought the sutures had came off and some lady walked in and just told me like it’s normal, it’s normal. I had to really ask for them to look at it because they did the opposite of making me feel welcome, they just wanted to be done with me quickly. I paid for a service, I didn’t ask for a free handout so I deserve respect as a customer.

I got my wisdom teeth removed here. I’m a minor, and I was crying about getting an IV. I was holding completely still, not bothering anybody, just crying to myself. The oral surgeon, I’m not sure which one, threatened me because I was crying. He told me that if I “couldn’t do it, I should just walk out and leave” I wasn’t shaking, I wasn’t pulling my arm away. I was scared and his first instinct was to insult me. The lady nurse there was very kind, I enjoyed her presence, but what the surgeon said to me just made me cry harder. I was high on laughing gas and confused. Absolutely horrible of him to say.
