Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, San Antonio TX

Got our yogurts and went to check out.
The cashier was nowhere to be found for about 5-7 minutes so we waited at register. My mom went to see if she was in the bathroom both doors were unlocked. Someone else started waiting, then someone had to actually walk behind the counter to the kitchen area to get the cashier. She said she was in the bathroom. I come to this location often and this is the 2nd time I’ve seen someone have to wait and go find cashier. I get bathroom breaks but someone could have robbed the store or got their yogurt and walked out. Maybe 2 people need to work or maybe leave a sign out that says be back something. Idk the cashier is an odd one for sure.

First time trying this place…I loved my frozen yogurt. It was delicious! Sadly, the cashier (young girl with curly hair) was super rude and very unwelcoming. I typically don’t write reviews unless I feel it’s necessary. That girl needs some major customer service training.

Came exactly at 9 and they shut the doors on our face - with a smile- they guy was actually going to be ok but the girl with dark curly hair latterly grabbed the door from my hands

Nice people. Comfortable place to eat a delicious yogurt. With just enough variety that, you don't lose your mind trying to make a decision. A little, (a little bit) pricey but nice. I will go back.

I know the line is long, but they do bring out water to people in line. The ice cream is delicious. The movie collection inside is very neat. Every flavor we tried was yummy.

Celebrating 100 years of ice cream in San Antonio, Leopolds is an institution. Unique, custom flavors and solid favorites. There is almost always a line but they keep it moving.

I’m a regular at this location and always have great service with the morning worker. This morning, there was a rude customer and the worker handled the situation very professionally, as expected. I always have a welcoming and kind experience!

Yummy. Staff was young but best bunch of young employees I have encountered in a long time. Respect and taking pride in their play of business. Everyone busy but still very helpful. Keep it up. Enjoyed my first time. It won't be my last.

Excellent self serve frozen yogurt store. There must be at least a dozen different flavors of fresh frozen yogurt dispensers. Lots and lots of topping choices to choose from. Grab a cup, fill it with your choice of fro-yo, proceed to the toppings area then put it on the scale. Costs 63 cents per ounce. It is just so very yummy! I'll be back for more Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt soon.

There were two attractive young ladies sittin outside and yogurt comes outta the wall this place is alright

Yogurt was good but the place was FAR too expensive & then the cashier asked for a tip when all she did was stand there. Smh. Wont go back again. Giving 2 stars cuz the yogurt was good.

Not only did we enjoy our yogurt, but we played board games. We had lots of fun! I especially enjoyed the gelato flavors.

I love Orange Leaf. I hate that they not all sent up the same way. We went to the one on Bulverde. Chocolate was not working. The topping options were minimal and only 2 sauces to put on your yogurt. Very disappointed

Didn't realize that I was charged double until I went back on the following time and purchased the exact same thing for less $.

Sweet shop! Good selection of flavors. Plus, we joined the rewards program and they are given often.
