Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Midland TX

8: 30 they say they close at 10. Already mopping inside and were completely out of almost every topping. This is what happens when you have teenagers who don’t take customer service and quality serious, running the place. Probably won’t ever be back. Management needs to step up.

The cooperate Manger was very aggressive due to her employees not knowing how to do their jobs correctly. NOT SURE WHY WE HAVE TO CATCH THAT RATH. Not a very welcoming place the staff have horrible attitudes.

Lady Staff was very rude to us. She just wanted to argue she was very childish over the whole experience in the store.
We got 3 large Yogarts told her that I'm a regular customer at the Odessa store I have a stamp card she only stamped one stamp and it has always been stamped for eack one i have purchased at store.

My family and I went to Orange Leaf for the first and LAST time. The floor in front of the toppings bar was filthy. There were topping all over the floor and had been stepped on over and over again. It was slippery and sticky all at the same time. The toppings IN the bar were just as gross. The mini m&m's were wet and had been wet for a while, when you tried to use the spoon to get some they all smushed together and was. Unfortunately the m&m's were not the only topping that was this way. The majority of the toppings were this way. It looked as though someone had gone through and put water on them and stirred it all together. The only toppings that were good to eat were the brownies because they were in little cups with lids. And it was NOT busy at all. It was my family and one other family there so you would think the girl workingwould have PLENTY of time to keep the place clean and presentable. But the cashier was too busy flirting with a guy that was there to care about the cleanliness of the floor and toppings bar. Then it was really awkward when we went to pay because the guy that was their flirting with the cashier didn't bother moving when we tried to pay. So as I was paying he was standing shoulder to shoulder with me. He didn't care to step away from in front of the register so I could pay and the cashier didn't tell him to move either. It made things very awkward and uncomfortable. We will NOT be going back there again!

Terrible. I wouldn’t go there the frozen yogurt supposed to be creamy and have some flavor. This yogurt was just a whole clump of ice with sugar. Yogurts have not flavor at all I got the coconut flavor and banana with strawberry and they all taste same just ice with sugar. Would not go back again and I don’t recommend it

Our second year to continue visiting Orange leaf. The granddaughter even loves it. A plain and simple escape from the coming West Texas heat.

I rarely visit this yogurt shop. However, my wife did this evening and the young man who served her had a serious “I dont give a crap” attitude. Very sad.

Half the yogurt machines were not working. To make matters worse, the single employee was rude as in no way friendly. Even requested a tip if you can believe that. Obviously won’t be there again.

The staff all listen to and help the kids. Their cotton candy flavour seems to go out regularly and I have seen 6 yr Olds let the staff know. The staff listen and come reset the machine promptly. They also help kids put their topping on which reduces cross contamination and mess. I like paying by the container. The other places in town have you pay by the ounce so you can have a nasty case of sticker shock when it is time to pay out. The flavours are all good and not overpowered with chemical flavouring. The business is clean and inviting.

Lot's of toppings to choose from, service was ok, vanilla foyo tasted like frozen water (Maybe it was out?)

My kids love this place! It's always a to go to after the park. The girls are really sweet and the place is always clean.

Love orange leaf but when I went in tonight it was very very dirty. Counters were disgusting and not wiped down, the toppings were mixing together and there wasn’t even a clean place to put your cup down to pay.just very dirty and the employees didn’t appear to care at all. No attempts to clean anything up as multiple customers came through the line.

Awesome, great service. Fun area, my kids love it here. Very clean and always greet us and greets us out. Great staff

Just all around disappointing experience. Sub par yogurt. Made in china version of frozen yogurt.

Would give less of one star. People don't waist your time at this location, very dirty and when we ordered acai bowls, it was melted, really! Its supposed to be a frozen yogurt place? Asked for our money back! We were from out of town, thought it was worth the wait.nope!

Ordered 2 acai bowls, were told it would be a few minutes due to being out of bananas. 30 minutes later we were handed 2 bowls of liquid, the acai had completely melted and the workers walked away like there was nothing wrong with that. Had to request a refund, that took another 5 minutes, this place is a joke!

I was obviously intimidated when I walked through the doors, but the staff was nice and patient with me. I recommend getting their vanilla with almond slivers and sprinkles.

This place is so good! The inside is really cute and all of their Frozen Yogurt is delicious, Their prices are really cheap and affordable 100% recommend!
