Orange Navy Apartments

**Update** After prayer and meditation, I have decided to write off the theft of the $300 deposit as a donation to the needy, sick, and helpless. Anyone who steals is clearly lacking.
Organizations are only as good as those managing it. The response given to my initial review was for appearances only. I responded immediately with documentation of the theft, and a month later received an invalid handwritten excuse in the mail of why the deposit was not returned. The management team at this property are incompetent low lives, stuck in their animal/lower nature. They lack any & all higher order thinking skills, because if they possessed any, they would realize that their actions leave a trail of bread crumbs directly to them and their unethical/criminal behavior. Instead of investing my time and money pursuing legal action, I'm electing to remain invested in my family and our present/future endeavors.
This location deserves 0 stars, because no one of the light exists here, it is shrouded in darkness. Stay away if you value yourself, time, and money.

After a prolonged application process, I cancelled. Now, 30+ days later, I still have NOT received the $335 in fees paid at the time of application (the fees were paid on 9/15). I have emailed and contacted the property by phone, but to no avail.
I should have known that something fishy was taking place here due to the large number of available properties. The townhomes appear, at least online, to be very desirable, but obviously management is crooked and invested more in theft than in leasing properties.
If you desire honest management practices and straightforward leasing processes, do NOT apply here. This matter will be taken to court, and I will update after it is resolved.

The office staff have been amazing. My move was quick and effortless. Kristen went above and beyond to assist and accommodate my preferences/needs. Keisha was great at answering all questions and making sure I had all the pertinent info. The maintenance staff have been professional and quick. So far, so good. Keep it up y'all!

These people are so full of it and for the qualified the "homes" to be so poor. Becareful because they will find a way to cheat you out of your money. Well at least the Manager will. I'm very comfortable where I'm at and the rent is worth the apartment.if you're looking for great apartments DO NOT GO HERE. PINE HOLLOW has lovely apartments for a price you'll be glad to pay. Heck any apartments for that matter are better than Burnt Orange Navy
