O'Reilly Auto Parts, Houston TX

Little frustrating when you know the exact part you need- but someone wants to waste your time trying to explain how I need to do it in their own opinion all the while having the wrong motor size- not to mention I get home only to have to go back to get the correct part cause they sold me the incorrect part all together.

I was being served by Alfred. I asked him if he had a part number that another O'Reilly's wrote down for me. He spoke all over me and asked for the year and make of my vehicle. I told him. He asked me is that you parked in the handicap parking? I said yes. He told me I needed to move my vehicle. I told him where I'm parked has nothing to do with him doing his job plus I have a sticker. He walked away and started helping someone else. I spoke to Juan who supposed to be a manager. He said he wrong for saying that but he didn't know what he was supposed to do about it. I will be making a formal complaint.

Had to use the restroom the had the door close then I came in n was getting something quick they told me restrooms are out of services so I left

Great business never a long waiting line, they never turn you down like the autozone across the street love O'Reilly and chris is awesome always very helpful

Worst customer service ever! Manager was very rude. Never had any problems with Oreilly in all my years, but this location awful! Manager refused to refund my money with receipt and warranty! Customers beware go another location or across the street, much better service!

Hay world the manager is very nice guy he. Has been auto parts for yrs, this is great location, also Chris is helpful on phone when u cal in orders or parts

The service is good but this dude name kelly is so racist and disrespectful. He makes O'Reilly look bad.

Love this place and all the Employees (Alfred) was very knowledgeable and helpful

My fiance gets everything we need for our cars from here. It's literally the only auto store he goes to and trust. Their prices are way cheaper than auto zone!

I dont understand why a bunch of people who know nothing about cars work in a car store. Ask for Donald great customer service, he knows what his doing.
