O'Reilly Auto Parts, Bacliff TX

This has got to be one of the worst parts stores I have ever experienced. Three separate occasions I was given the incorrect parts after specifically asking the clerk if there were any possible other part numbers there could be. The last straw was after a special prepaid order that the clerk wouldnt even try to go find. Then he used profanity with me because I didnt know the exact part number that was ordered. He is a lazy old man with a horrible attitude. This store is in a very convenient location but save yourself some grief and go somewhere else.

They either have what you need or can get it quickly. Just don't expect much knowledge from the staff. Two of them are pretty good parts people but the rest are straight trash that will ask you if it's a manual or automatic transmission when buying an air freshener.

I have usually been able to find what I need at O'Reilly's. They will install wipers and help locate minor problems. Easy to find location on Main St. Camden Tn

They sell incomplete parts missing from factory or are stolen in the store or returns that are incomplete

Needed seafoam for a motor. They greeted me as I walked in and pointed me to the isle I needed. The whole time from start to finish was maybe 10 minutes. Awesome.

Terrible this is the 3rd time there for the same part that i was told would be ordered and there Monday it was the wrong part reorder it.it will be there today guess what? Still wasn't ordered let's hope tomorrow it's there

I don't know a thing about a vehicle. Mine was running hot. They directed me to the correct coolant, poured it in.gave me some follow up instructuons. May not be a lot to some.but for me it was everything!

Definitely could have been a more productive trip to oreillys after 35 minutes still unable to find anything close to what I was looking for I don't know if it was the first thing I have or just oreillys in general but could have been better

Had issues starting our truck. Was able to get it to O'Reilly's and was lucky enough to find Spencer working. This amazing young man jumped into action. Tested alternator and then battery. Once it was determined the battery was bad he ran in, got us a new battery, and installed it for us. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and polite!

Best O'Reilly Auto parts around. The ladies working are very knowledgeable and can find just about anything. Love that place

Hate coming to this place and avoid it. Of course if one needs a part that needs looked up then fine but if need to run in or out then stay away. It is always a long wait while they care for ones needing parts and no cashier to get us customers that need to cash out.ridiculous to have to wait to long for something that one can grab and go.

We went in to purchase a right headlight for her car. The clerks were graciously able to put her light in the car socket. I was even able to find the car seat cushion I wanted.

Been here a number of times and the staff has always been friendly toward me. Love their tool rental that they have available.

So they are slow, probably because O'Reilly dont pay them enough! They will deal with paying customers 1st than deal with you if you have a check engine or need to reset your light. They always and I mean always get your parts wrong.

My wife stopped by this store last Friday asking if someone could check the battery in her car as she was having starting issues. She spoke to a clerk asking for a battery check and was told to wait. She waited for over 15 minutes and finally decided to leave. At 5: 00 pm I took my wife's car back to O'Reilly and asked the clerk to check the battery in my wife's car. With some obvious reluctance (as if I was asking for a monumental task) the young man check my battery and advised that there was no issues with the battery as it checked good.

Monday, I took my wife's car to NTB, WalMart, and Firestone asking for a battery check. All three of them advised that the battery needed to be changed out and also supplied me with a result of the test showing that the battery had a dead cell.

I feel that the young man simply didn't want to change out a battery as if it was major mechanical work OR he is just simply lazy.

I would not recommend this store simply because of the lack of customer service and the simpleton attitude I felt from the clerk.

Went in about 6: 40pm to get a head light bulb. Two boys were working. No one word said yo me when I walked in. Then I looked to the light bulbs. I don't know what bulb I need but not one of them asked if I needed help or even acknowledge I was their until I started to walk out. TO BUSY ON THE PHONES to help a customer. If I go back it will be during the morning.

Needed a part for my Jeep. They had it here before five the same day. Great customer service and would recommend.

If you do not love Texas or the United States. By all means go there. What you will get is loud Mexican music. The employees laughing and jokeing with other customers in spanish while other customers stand in line. There was aslo a older lady that took her battery there to be tested, when she came back to pick it up she told her it was no good and was making her carry it herself. That was inescapable to me so i gave up my place in line to carry it for her so If your a little old lady and you want to carry your own battery go there. I really felt like i was in Mexico and not in Texas. The employees gave me the impression that they knew as much about auto part and cars, trucks as a doorknob dose. Congrats O'Reilly's in Bayclif Texas on 146 you have succeeded in making a life long, generations deep Texan feel like a foriner in my own country that i truely and respect. It's real apparent that those employees do not like Texas or Texans and want to change it into Mexico. I personally will make sure that i never have to go there again. If your a real true blue American and truely love Texas.then i ask this of you. Do not go there.

Mom needed the check engine light looked into so we stopped in and it couldn't have been a better experience. The employee helping us was nice and took the time to answer my mom's questions with a straight face somehow and had very thorough explanations. Definitely prefer this location over the surrounding stores.

I waited in line 15 min the thang working register took the call and ignored me. F thia plaxe worst service ever
