O'Reilly Auto Parts, Azle TX

This store needs to close for a week and let their employees learn where everything is. I have been in there three times and they don’t know where their stuff is. I was looking for a tool and they told me I would have to special order it for $65 for one, so I went walking around and found a 5 pack of them for $10.

The guys are gear heads too verry nice place to go for parts they try there best to get what you want

Wyatt needs a attitude adjustment he acted like he had better places to be and had a unhappy look on his face the entire time the others were super nice and friendly to the other customers we just got the short end of the stick.

I tried to take back a piece of exhaust pipe did I purchase two days before I couldn't find the receipt and they told me that it was never purchase there I had two items the first one was purchased there but the second one was not

Day before Christmas so it was busy. However, Don, manager read the check engine code within 4 minutes after waiting in line and bought what I thought was the problem (O2 sensor) and out the door in 9 minutes. Don also suggested catalytic clean if the sensor didn't fix the code. Great service.

5 stars because of great service and parts availability. Although they did not stock a specialty lamp socket i needed, they were able to order it.

Excellent customer service! I was looking to replace some fuel line on an older model import car. They went "above and beyond" to help find something that would work. Thanks guys!

I only go to O Reilly's for my auto parts and boat parts anymore. They always find what I need no matter the year or model. I being in parts from 40 year old boats and they manage to figure it out for me. They may not have the item on stock but can generally get it delivered to that store in a few hours. The staff has folks that are knowledgeable in different areas. They are great.

I purchased two outer tie rod ends from O'Reilly in Azle TX. Last Sunday we were going to put them on our vehicle and discovered that one of the tie rod ends was the incorrect part in the box. Getting this corrected was time consuming and errors were made, but one person went above and beyond. Sara from your store in Azle TX drove to another store to get the part and met me half way between the store and my home to give me the correct part. She went out of her way to fix an error that she did not create. Thank you! #OReilly #AzleTX

Sold me used spark plugs. I took them back and they gave me the third degree like it was my fault or like I was trying to scam them. They grabbed replacements off the shelf and they checked them before giving them this time and what do you know, they were used too. If you buy from here make sure you double check the parts before leaving the store because there is no quality control here. With the lack of customer service at this store I'd advise to buy online or another store.

Sara and the rest of the crew are Fantastic! They figured out what parts I needed and saved me $$ too. They machined my rotors and got them back ASAP and my brakes are the best they have ever been. I have tried all the other Auto Parts stores and I will never go to anywhere else.

Guys there have helped me out more than once if your nice to them they are gonna be nice to you like all country business

The guy sold me some adhesive remover told me it would not take off the paint well it did quickly. Ruined my paint I wont be listening to their advice Any more. Lesson learned.

Sunday they close at 9 pm. My jetski. Trailer had desinigrated the bearings on one side. I started repairs at 8pm and with their help. Drove out of the park by 9pm. Park has tennis courts. Public beach and bost ramp parking for trailers and cars i think baseball field. Ducks and careful of the attacking geese. And it is in a bay so water is less choppy. Going to the main body lake stay to the right shoreline cause there are 2 sandbars from a river to the left you can see a few trees and scrub brush. Thats the sand bars. If you go straight across to other side the shore is almost all sand. Nice. To the right is 2 bars with resturaunts and music. And if you catch a fish. It is ok to eat it unlike lake worth. No special passes needed unlike lake worth. Just yearly boat sticker. Not many restrooms here though and you get fined if police catch you with alcohol. Thid lake is fed by bridgeport. Which is fed by veins on land fresh. The beach itself is sandy and buoyed.

If you're in Azle and want to shop local, the O'Reillys is the hands-down choice. They are friendlier, have more specialty parts in stock, and are more
knowledgable in not only automotive, but computer operations.

Their main local competition, Auto Zone, is operated by guys stuck in the past that are barely willing to help. Auto Zone's staff barely knows how to operate their own systems.

Best In Azle for auto parts. Tried others and got so frustrated, constantly getting the wrong parts. On one occasion I received the wrong oil filter and had already drained the oil, then the oil filter would not fit! But these people are on top of things and i believe the parts are better quality. It's a chore keeping up with six automobiles but O'Reilly auto parts makes my job easier, Thanks

Worst customer service. Would give them zero stars. Asked for a part, they had no idea what we were asking for. Went to auto zone, they helped us and had the part. Go to auto zone, o"Reilly needs to get some guys who know a little something about cars.

Staff is friendly and they know their stuff. They showed great teamwork skills and are quick to help a customer. If you need a part and it's out of stick they'll order it right then and it's usually there the next day. A+
