I had my first experience with this location yesterday when my car misbehaved and they were very accommodating! Ed and Matthew were so helpful and informative. Just wanted to say thank you!

Wow! Matthew at O'Reilly's in Hudson Oaks is such an awesome, professional and knowledgeable employee. You can tell he loves his job and likes helping people. He not only greeted us when we entered the store with the most welcoming greeting on 08/15/2020. He went the extra mile to help us install the part. He explained how to preform care and maintenance on the part and even went over it's technological advantages. Matthew, I hope you read his post and we are so grateful for your service. The manager at Weatherford AutoZone was so rude to us today and we ended up coming to this O'Reilly's instead. Matthew made it all better and even listened to us when we explained what Larry did to us (see AutoZone Weatherford, TX post today for details). Thank you Matthew! God bless you sir!

In and out painlessly. The establishment chose to protect employees by distancing customer to cashier as opposed to sneezeguard. That made me kinda chunk my A/C Pro on the counter and practice my contortionist skills to complete my debit transaction.

Excellent service! Ed went out of his way to not only assist in finding the right alternator for my son’s car, but he also looked up the transaction for the previous alternator and printed the receipt so we can exchange it under warranty. He also charged the car battery so we could drive home. Outstanding and courteous customer service!

Poor customer service; the store is full with customers and there's only one employee at the cash register while other employees are there. They sold me the wrong brake pads once, had to trade them in at another store. I don't like their hiring process either. Had a friend who called up there, was told they were hiring, was told to come in for an interview. When she did, they acted as if she didn't know what she was talking about.

Had the best experience at O’Reilys in Hudson Oaks. Lisa, installed my new battery because I had no clue. Not only that, she showed me what she was doing so I could do it next time. I enjoyed her conversation and friendliness. I would give six stars if I could!

The turn signal light bulb on my Harley-Davidson blew out, Ft Worth Harley Davidson was closed for the night. I knew I could count on O'Reilly Auto Parts to get me " Legal to Ride the Bike again " they had the correct lights, front & rear. Both gentlemen employees were very friendly, very professional. The place was clean. I'll be back again.

These guys are great and usually have exactly what I need to service domestic and foreign autos. Many parts carry lifetime replacement and even without the receipt they can look up your purchase. I've never been hassled for a getting a replacement part and have replaced my Jeep radiator now twice under warranty.

Let's be honest. We don't review auto parts store like we review restaurants. And, I don't think we can extrapolate a review of one store to a nation-wide chain. However, every staff person I have talked to here are knowledgeable and aware of who to ask for questions they can't answer. The assistant manager, Lisa, in particular is helpful and recognizes regular customers. And, I'm not sure why, but I feel like I get better quality parts at O'Reilly's over other chains.

Leroy was a great help after we limped my brides Chevy truck in with a broken belt and a burned up AC compressor! He got the parts, knew the method to repair it and supplied the correct tools for me to get her truck back on the road! He even provided us the means to clean back up since we were filthy afterwards. Somebody, buy that man a beer! He deserves it for going far above and beyond what is expected! Thank you sir!

Pulled up as they were walking to turn off the open sign to close, needed a air pump to air up a low tire to make it home, was very nice and courteous, would recommend
