Always great with customer service. Stopped into location and was assisted professionally well with knowledge of products and advisement for what I was looking for. In previous visit, was offered a great discount on purchasing a Jack for someone broken down on side of road. Staff members area area knowledgeable and always professional.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Every employee here passed 5pm do not care about you or your car. They even wont mind selling you the wrong part and once you get a refund or exchange, you either have to wait or pay extra for their mistake! Worst of all, some employees DONT even know what tools they loan out, so they'll try to make you buy them brand new!

Easy to communicate with staff, they help me find the parts I'm looking for, they support their products with refund or exchange.
I have not had any issues with them.
I'm not a mechanic.

How are you not able to do a return with a receipt when given wrong spark plugs with different part numbers and tell me to ga back to the store i originally went to. Unbelievable! I had to go to 3 different stores to get this fixed because QOH was incorrect. This quick and easy job of changing spark plugs took my time of having to drive around town, and be late for work.

Had a great experience. The strong team here at this location answered all my questions and made the process super easy. Almeida the store manager is awesome as well as several associates at this location. If you need anything for your car ask for her or the young lady Alex and you will be taken care of.

Came to this place at exactly 8 p.m. To get check engine light assistance I was told by two grown men that they can't go outside specifically at this location when it's dark because the lights are dim and its not safe. Sorry excuse for the company if you ask me even worse excuse as a man

The staff is always smiling and helpful. Always offering solutions when you think there are none. You can tell the manager cares about the store its always clean and tidy.

Store #670 the manager Almieda was absolutely phenomenal! She went out of her way to help me and find a solution for my problem. She took her time and was patient with me. I appreciate that she was a women with so much knowledge and helping me out and making my experience at O Reilly’s awesome. I will shop for my auto needs from here on out! Thanks Almieda!

The store on park row suckssss. Went in 1 evening 2 have them check my battery and was told uz i cudnt turn my car off without a jump which all other o reillys have jumped us back off if need be. M guessing since it was 35 mins till their closing he didnt wanna deal with me and told me it wudnt do any gud 2 check it if i cudnt turn it off with a attitude. Idk the reason or excuse u dnt treat a customer this way cuz u wanna hurry and close. Theyneed 2 teach their employess they all matter

I bought a doorman bearing for my car, less than 30 days, the part failed.not only you wasted my money but my time. Will be buying another bearing from another place. This is not the 1st time this year I have gotten a part that was either bad or defective.

Very small store. People are OK (not great). Easy to find, but most of the time this store has to get parts from another store or warehouse or whatever. Easier to find a BIGGER store with items in stock.

I love coming to this store, customer service is always on point.
Armida has really changed the way the store is ran there, a few year's ago yes the store was a joke, but since it's been under new management it's been very good.
Armida, Alexandra and Miguel are very good employees for oreilly's, They go above and beyond to help me and everyone else.
They are a very good team.
I've been shopping with oreillys for 14 year's +.
I have a Comercial account with them.

To the guy about the "TOWELS", you are not accurate on what you claim, I was the guy behind you that day.

I was there when that happened and he grabbed 3 towels, 1 being a different size (bigger), reason it was $3 more.
That 1 rang up different and he told Armida he grabbed it from the same place as the other's, she stated that it was put in the wrong place and he said if he could get it for the same price as the other's, since it was not in the correct place and she said no.in a appropriate manner, she never disrespected the customer at all.
He kept insisting to get it for the lower price and she said no.
Then he walked out and that was that.he's just upset that he couldn't get it at a discount.
There was plenty of the smaller rags, why not get the right one? Doesn't make sense but I guess.
Yall keep up the good work, I will continue to shop with yall.

I saw three dry towel for 6.99 and when I went to pay with other items, it rings 9.99 I told the chashier that it's 6.99. She said someone must have changed the position, I said nobody changed any position because you still have two left there. She said can't do anything about it. Ok let me talk to the manager and she said she is the manager. Really! Usually the best you can do is say you sorry for the wrong price. She said if I don't want I should leave it. She is a very stupid manager, if you can't inspect your merchandise and their right prices then you are lazy manager. I buy here all the time. Well you just lost one customer. And will certainly inform my mechanic friends.
