Really cool place. They do tend to get busy but the wait is worth. Everyone knows their stuff and are really cool. Great customer service, you just gotta trust them. Help them help you.

Crew was very helpful, I had trouble figuring out which part I needed and Rene and his coworker had no trouble helping me find that.

I called them and was placed on hold for 8 minutes. Then the phone hung up. I immediately called again and explained I was just hung up on after 8 minutes on hold and the immediate response was “how can I help you” There was no acknowledgement which demonstrated poor customer service. I asked for the manger and the man told me he was one of them. How are you a manager and accepts service like this? Absolute trash

One if the better auto stores in Arlington. Everyone has parts, but these guys have great service as well.

Great service, reasonable prices, this one was open later than my usual O'Reilly, which was helpful when my brother-in-law needed a new battery late at night.

They carry good parts at good prices and the employees seem to know their inventory very well. They will also come outside and help you if you don't know what you need.

Just the other day I walked into to pick up some AC recharge my work truck is in 1994 so it requiresan attachment to make it the standard connection they had the attachment there and everything needed to make my AC cold again thanks guys

Coupons, discounts, and polite customer service, seldom wait more than one customer, plus, they will print out the diagnostic if you ask

Carlos and Danny are by far the best employee's at the Division and Davis store.
They know their stuff and always willing to go above and beyond anyone else in that store. I'm sure whatever they are paid probably isn't enough for the effort they put in. O'Reilly should take care of them before they lose those two great guys. I could see both running their own store. Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and always get me in and out with all the things I need for the job the first time, never have to make a second trip. I love these two guys and this store I dont know where to go if they quit

This has been my go to store for my auomotive needs since the doors opened. Friendly knowledgeable staff and genuinely interesting people. I can't speak for the other locations but mine at Davis and Division St in Arlington Texas is above 5 star.

O'reillys is a good place to go and buy your parts for your car or truck and the people there r real nice to and they try to get u in and out as soon as they can

Always helpful and we'll stocked. They have never tried to sell me anything other than the parts I need when I need them.

By far the best service I've ever had on an auto parts store. The employees George and Ben went above and beyond the Call of Duty for me and my crappy car. These guys are awesome they need to pay them way more.
