Great customer service! Guy was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed

Typical chain auto parts, better find another place if you want service, cheaper if you know what you need. Took them a battery (their brand) that had just gone out of warranty. Left overnight (didn't have to do this but I couldn't return until the next day) they told me the battery tested bad and I needed a new one. Left with my old battery and put it on a charger set at 10amps overnight. Next day went to Walmart and had them test it before I purchased a new one. Battery tested good and has been in service for 4 months since orielys test.

I just recently been doing business with O'Reilly's. I now wish, that I had frequented their store more often. Their staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I'm a serious mechanic who owns a small auto repair shop in Palestine, TX. Professionals like myself need professionals like the employees in O'Reilly's who understand auto and truck repair. They are keen to be as helpful as possible. It's also a plus, when they actually know what I'm talking about and which part goes where. Check them out. You'll be happy you did.

Went there for wiper blades good price a d the gentleman came out and put them on for me very fast and very nice.

The day before I was given the wrong part, but exchanged it hassle free. Very good store with very good employees. Definitely will shop there again.

It's a parts store. Not everyone in there knows what they're talking about. In my experience most parts stores are that way. They'll try and get you a good deal though, it just might not be right the first time. I did buy a quart of oil there and it ended up being a bottle of used oil. I don't think that's the store's fault, probably a dishonest customer. The store was quick to rectify the situation, no hassle.
