Don't ask for the check engine light check that they advertise on the door so I drove down the road to auto zone and had them do it. Which they had more customers and better service.

These guys are great for helping find what you need and won't make you feel dumb for asking simple questions. I would definitely come back here from now on for my car necessities.

Employees are helpful and will let you know if you can find a part cheaper online or at other auto parts stores.

Thank you for helping me 2 find my part which had to be ordered. It came in earlier then to be inspected. When I picked it up I was greeted and helped right away. The store was very organized and clean. I would go back in and that store again. I give it a 5-star rating.

Always give me the wrong item after waiting days for its arrival. This has happened multiple times over the last couple years.

My headlight was out in my truck. I went in, asked for help to get the right bulb. Justin was very polite and friendly. He came out to help me when I was struggling to remove the battery to replace the bulb. He pulled the battery off, helped me replace the bulb. He was very kind and helpful and a great employee. I have always said Oreillys is the best, and this is a great reason why, because of your people.

I like dealing with this O'Reilly's they have helped me out a lot I have a 1988 full size Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer edition they've helped me so much I wish I could give them 10 Stars because they have earned more than five stars from me happy to do business with them on a regular basis.

They need to answer the phone more often. But that being said, very knowledgable staff. Courteous, polite, and eager to help.

Horrible the computers crashed. I was there to warranty out parts. My truck was torn apart and not drivable. This was not the first time thier computers crashed. Absolutely unacceptable.

This oreilly in porter is so unprofessional. They told me that I couldn’t return a relay that I bought because I didn’t have a box but I had my respite and it has the part number and everything and on top if that they told me that they didn’t even sell that part but I called corporate and kingwood oreilly and they said that I can return a part with out a box I just need me respite and I took it to Kingwood oreilly and they took it and gave me a refund and they them selfs told me that porter always so unprofessional and they don’t even know what there talking about so I suggest new customers got to kingwood they will take care Of y’all like they did to me
