Overall, the staff is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Reasonable prices, and usually no hassle about returns/warranty- as long as it is legitimate.

Other than the fact that a person can't just walk in and buy a window regulator or wheel bearing or front and back breaks, etc and walk out with those items "in-hand" without them having to be ordered first, O'Reilly isn't a bad place to shop. I give it 3 stars.

I was traveling on 35 yesterday and my fuel door got stuck. After watching a video and trying unsuccessfully to solve the problem, Oscar was able to help me get it back open. Because of him, I was able to make it home that day. Huge thank you to Oscar! Should you ever run in to car issues in Hillsboro, this is the place to stop.

If I could give JASON and the rest of the staff 100 stars, I would. Jason deserves a raise, a promotion, employee of the month, the moon, something! We were 4 hours from home, hauling a 25ft trailer, with a battery that decided to today was its dying day 5 minutes before they closed. Jason graciously helped us even at the last minute (I’ve worked food service and retail for almost 10 years. It takes a special kind of person to remain calm and patient and then go above and beyond and be kind with last minute customers). Kindness and incredible customer service are so rare these days. Literally thank God, we found this O’Reily’s and Jason. He could have easily, and been well within his rights, to close down and leave us stranded. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
