Personnel at this location is the worst except for Willie, they don’t make any effort to help people, all they do is send you from one store to another to look for your part knowing they don’t have it.

Very bad attitude from Alejandro honestly if you have a bad day at home don’t take it at you job very disappointed it’s the first time someone from that place doesn’t wanna even help to get the stuff from you car, or take you at car when it’s something heavy.

The manager Mr. Willie was very polite and helpful on the item I needed for my truck. If around the area again and need something for my vehicle again I will definitely stop by here.

The employee Jackie was very knowledgeable and professional, pleading to have her work with me.

Only reason is because the Hispanic worker refused 2 help me and my husband my husband ask him one thing about filters becuz we see how busy he was and he told my husband dont ask me any questions u have 2 get in line, we waited for 15 mins until another worker helpes and he was was Super i wish i knew hes name i will like 2 give him something.

They did not have what I needed but they were able to inform me so that I could go elsewhere and purchase.

Not very knowledgeable about parts, but if you know exactly what you want, they most likely have it.

O'Reilly Auto Parts are expensive compared to other part shops. The service is decent, but there is room for attitude adjustments. I will be purchasing filters and other items at another parts store. Too expensive!
