8 They keep selling me parts that are not right for my.
Then when I try to return it they don't honor there warranty
Very helpful & friendly, even though they were out of stock (hitch wrench), it was in stock at a location near by.
Thats why I keep going to O'Reilly. Good service.
My experience was horrible and they did not service me properly they did not honor my warranty they get no stars from me
The 2 guys were so helpful but need help assisting customers and taking care of customers in line as well. They were doing the BEST they could and I applaud them for that. Thanks!
Always had everything I needed for my car in stock except for one time, when it was available for pick up at the o'reilly's warehouse 10 mins away. Store is clean, staff is friendly and the rewards point system is wayyyy better than AutoZone
Got what I needed, the sales representative were very polite and it's social distance appropriate.
On 9/12/2020 I visited the store an asked to have my alternator checking I let the man behind me go because he only had 1 item so the young man said can I check a couple more people out so more and more came in I asked a young man could you help me and the manager on duty told him she can wait in my face not discrete at all I had been waiting patiently.
