O'Reilly Auto Parts, Conroe TX

I used to really like this O'Reilly. Some of the helpful friendly people aren't working here anymore. It's close to my house, so I still go there at times.

Good about having what I need, but when they don't they have always told where else I could get it, or have it ordered, and usually in the same day, or the next.

You better not only know exactly what you need when you walk into this O'REILLY'S location, but you also better know where in the store it is located, I hope for your sanity it is NOT on a shelf in their stock room! My suggestion is to call ahead at least an hour ahead while you are on the phone with them ask them to please not just rely on what their computer screen is telling them that the store has in stock.their inventory is almost always wrong! But, for the sales associate to PHYSICALLY go and put their hands on the part you are inquiring about. I went to 3 O'REILLYS today due to the employees lack of knowledgeable ability about the parts they carry, and not being able to locate the item their inventory shows them to have on hand at the store!

I should have gotten the girl's name she had blonde hair in a ponytail and she was so friendly and helpful! She really took the time effort and energy to help me find the correct touch of paint to match my Tahoe. Her customer service was excellent I highly recommend this location all of the staff seemed very helpful and courteous that's hard to find nowadays.

Usually pretty good customer service but sometimes lack of knowledge about parts and vehicles is an issue. Mostly not to bad though.

I am not an Oriellys guy, but this location has been a good place to go. I am used to Oriellys in Fort Worth giving me incorrect parts. I haven't had that issue with this location.

Great people work at this particular location. Cant say enough good things about them, friendly and outgoing. Couldnt ask for better service unlike the other location on Frazier. I will not go back to the Frazier location across from the Fruitilandia. You walk in and not even a glance in your direction, a line that should not have gotten that long in the first place, I understand about the chicken pecking on the computer but dang it, they give it a whole new meaning. So in short avoid the Frazier location like the plague, instead go to the one on 105 going towards Cut n Shoot, customer service there is awesome sauce.

Wasn't greeted when we walked in, but hey I'll give the 3 guys working behind the counter the benefit of the doubt and say they AT LEAST TRY to greet every other customer who walks in the store. They had what we were looking for.so.

Really appreciate the customer service there. Only thing lacking is the amount of people at the front desk, especially at night. Otherwise, great place to get your stuff

Bad service bad experience bad parts! Can’t take 5 min to call n let you know the part you pay is already there trash service.

Young man who changed battery on my key fob did not take off the paper attached to it and my car wouldnt start til i opened the key and noticed the paper

Decent service. Long wait for help, to much talk not attributed to parts. Drinking and partying stories need to be done when there are not several customers standing in line.

This is about the only parts store I will shop at, employees are always helpful and make sure you got the right part
