Jacob assisted me and was very friendly. He offered to attach the product I bought and was kind enough to give me a call back with info on my battery. The whole staff is friendly.

I just want to thank the man at the front counter of this store. I was distraught. I’m a special needs mom and I really needed a car part. I’ve had been to 4 stores only for the last guy to recommend this store. Only to be told the first guy wrote down my wrong year so this location in fact didn’t have my part. Nobody cared, I mean they don’t have to but THIS MAN, before I could walk out crying he begged me to stay and before I knew it he called another shop and was able to get them to hold this part for me under my name. He didn’t have to but he did. Because of him I am getting my car fixed for my son. Thank you to this location so much. True act of kindness. Highly recommend this store.

Not too friendly but every phone order has been spot-on for pickup. You have to appreciate that.

I just watched a female cashier threaten to fight a guy for not being 6 ft away. Then threatened my wife and daughter for siding with the customer. SMH

It was good place, clean thay had deals, but what happen to the auto parts clerks, back in the day these guys knew there stuff. Now its just a bunch of kids pushing buttons working a part-time job. You need to know your stuff when walking in.

Awesome place for my charger when it has car problems. Best thing is you can return the parts you buy with them for the new part just got to bring in the old 1 u had n swap it. Coolness

Went to this store to swap a battery and had the pleasure of dealing with a very rude and unhelpful employee named Macio. He was wack.

My brother and I found the battery we were looking for and the customer service was! We also learned something!

It was good not too crowded. Parts guys were very helpfull, and they have a lot of merchandise a lot of cool stuff.

Helped me with everything I need, went above and beyond! Thank you to Miguel for helping me get the best parts! Would come back for more business.

Everything about this auto parts shop turned negative after I got a defective part, a compressor, and they would not honor the warranty to replace it. Simply stating after the fact that I had a buy other stuff to qualify the warranty! I was never informed at the time of purchase I needed to do that, I was simply told that a new compressor has a lifetime warranty and the re-manufactured has a two year warranty. (PERIOD)
Be careful this place is a Classic example of bait and switch, They make everything sound terrific until something goes wrong. I spend a lot of money there but no more as I go elsewhere now!

I do not recommend this store if you have a battery that needs charging this place ruined two of my batteries they place the batteries on a cement floor which drains the battery and when left overnight it ruins the battery I had to replace two batteries because of this store
