This is my second to go to. If my first to go to doesn't have it they usually do. Staff always helpful

Rude customer service called to ask if they had a calibration kit the guy cut me off and just said nope and hung up won't be going to this store no more

Customer service was excellent. A young lady in there approached me as soon as she spotted me and helped me with everything. Very knowledgeable.

I called store 661 & Jessie answered the phone and was extremely helpful! Very knowledgable and trustworthy! Typically calling & being a girl, whomever is speaking tries to scam the most money out of you but Jessie was so kind to provide prices and recommendations on who and where to contact! Best customer service ever! Today we visited this store on Culebra by Tezel. I was greeted with a smile plus a great attitude by one of their attendants. Her name is Ilse. She knew exactly what to do and she knew what I needed as well. She helped me promptly with my return and auto A/C issue then kindly and slowly explained all my options for a refund. I am so happy I chose this location for my vehicle. We will definitely be returning and only use this store for all our auto needs! Hopefully we get assistance from Ilse again:)

The manager was super helpful, including giving my dead battery a jump and recommending a mechanic to replace my alternator.

Bought a new battery and the installed it and took my old battery. Battery was $169 for 2 year warranty.not bad. Shout out to Jessie for installing the new battery.she had a great attitude

These guys were great not only did they answer all my questions but they actually told me how to do what I needed to do in to my car

June 1st, 2021, Had a Problem with my Vehicle, had Multiple questions and Brian at the from counter helped me out with no hesitation even did a quick engine test just in case and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I Hope his management sees this because he definitely Deserves it. Shout out Brian, you a real one!

A huge thanks to Jessie and Steven for their help today with my headlight bulb replacements. I placed a curbside phone order for many automotive items and Jesse happily took my order, I even added some last minute items after arriving and Jesse took the same courtesy and approach by adding all items I missed on the initial order. She expeditiously brought the items out to my car, I had a great experience visiting your store. Give Jesse a raise!

This prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. They usually have what I'm looking for or are able to order it and get it the next day.
