My parts place if they don't haven't in stock they can usually get the same if it's not too late in the day

My go to place for all my auto parts, Tom is very knowledgeable gives great service.
I'm able to get special order parts in hours or a day.

I would've give this store a 5 rating if it wasn't for a young man who seem to have an attitude to everything I asked him for. I even asked if he would be able to help me to place the wipers I was buying and he immediately said No, we don't do that. When I came out to check my vehicle to check what kind I needed, I got Joshua instead. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and he was very kind to help me set my wipers even. He went above and beyond with all the things I was looking for. This kind of people is what makes the difference in customer service.

Store is absolutely terrible at obtaining parts. When they are ordered they never arrive and they do not communicate effectivley. If you need to order parts, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

Went in with a problem with my BMW and the young man working there went out of his way to help me. Making it one of my favorite places to stop when I need something for my cars.

I bought a battery with warranty, they honored my warranty. They swapped it out no charge.

Girlfriend's car needed a battery; Damon swapped it right out for a new one in a fast and friendly manor!

This people stole my $20 dollars reward. They said can’t find anything on their system with my phone number. Last time here go back to AutoZone.

They were very helpful in helping me looking for the right item that is correct for my car and gave me military discount with my ID

I understand they install wiper blades etc.as a courtesy but let me tell you that I came into this location during a freaking tsunami and not only was Damon pleasant and helpful to me, but even when I offered to skip the instillation due to the weather being insane, he was more insistent because of it and was concerned with my safety. He was literally drenched from the rain and kept reassuring me that this is part of his job and he was more than happy to do this. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness to me. He went above and beyond when he did not have to.

The manager is the one who usually helps me. He's got an attitude. Everyone else that works there is great.

Visited during the 2021 snow week to return a part over $100 that was paid for on a debit card and Josephine was going to return it to the card because she didn't think she had the cash, and I understood, she respectfully pointed me to another location that might be able to help and then she went to double check and gave me what it seemed she had left. She passed me the cash and I offered her a $10 tip that she didn't want to take. I could feel her compassion and that she wanted us to keep it because it's rough for some out here right now with water, electricity, card machines, ATMs, gas pumps, etc all down. She could have been going through her own struggles, maybe even ones she doesn't speak about, but she chose to show love anyways and didn't have to do that for us. I just want to say thank you for showing the kindness and love that you did with what may seem like a little thing to you, but it helped make our day a little brighter because of you, and that's what the world needs more of; Love and kindness. I hope you receive many blessing to come and always remember that someone with a heart like yours is appreciated and needed in this crazy but beautiful world. Stay warm out there friend️️️️

I needed a check light engine check. He said he couldnt find it. I found it went back inside to tell him. Maybe i should be hired

For the most part this store has really great employees have been impressed with his O’Reilly’s for many years however today was a little different this time I dealt with an employee named Victor didn’t seem very happy to do work when, I walked in with four rotors to be turned and he made a comment like oh are those rotors that you wanted to get turned? I responded yes sir and then when he saw I had four rotors he made a comment you have four rotors? But his tone of voice and expression of face almost like he was complaining to do work. Then he measured the thickness of the four rotors And told me that they cannot be cut nor turned because they were too thin. Lol what he doesn’t know I just be a mechanic for 15 years and I laughed because this car, the rotors were not damaged this car is a fairly new car with low miles with the original Honda brake pads and the brakes have never been changed now you always can surface and turn the rotors once or twice before needing new ones I explained to Victor that I have never in my life have ever seen all four rotors that not even one set cannot be turned he kept on challenging me I kept on asking him if there could be a problem or mistake with a computer telling him a different calibration but at the end of it all he got his way took the lazy side of things and got out of turning the rotors I have noticed that turning and servicing the rotors most employees frown upon that and don’t really like to do them I do not understand why it’s not like they’re digging a ditch outside in the hot sun so I left O’Reilly’s and went to two different other places and both of the other places measured the rotors and told me that they had enough thickness. I ended up going to another of Oriellys down the road and spoke to the manager I will not disclose the name but he measured them and looked at the rotors and said they were good and could be turn them. I left them there, he turned them and surfaced them and I picked them up an two hours later and they were good. I put them on the car and the car is running great it’s very sad that Victor this employee wanted to get out of work and did not want to turn the rotors by lying to me saying they were too thin and cannot be turned, little did he know he speaking to a mechanic and I have never in my life seen a car that at least one set of rotors can’t be turned especially on a car that is on the newer side and the brake pads still had meat on them. So if you go to this store to get rotors turned make sure you don’t speak to Victor because he’s gonna tell you some excuses why he doesn’t wanna do the rotors. Or look up near O’Reilly’s around the store those other guys are not scared to work and turn rotors.

You guys always give good advice and always know how to be kind to a customer. Hope y’all get a pay raise.have a good day
