I was in trouble with a bust alternator A mile and a half away. Store manager Abel took time out of his day and drove me back to my car with a new battery to get it to the store, and got me a deal on a new Alternator to fix it. I couldn't be more grateful and can't recommend them enough, they really will go the extra mile for customers.
The store was neat and well stocked. Jose (Asst. Mgr) was very helpful on my specific needs. He was cordial and very knowledgeable and took the time to help me locate items. That’s why I prefer O’Reilly Auto Parts!
My check engine light was on the old me would have gone to Firestone and they would have charged me $1000 plus dollars to fix it but I went to O'Reilly's they diagnosed it with some type of tablet gave me something for my engine told me how to use it when I was a quarter tank low and voila my check engine light is of.
Purchased Sylviana LED headlight bulbs in late December. One bulb burnt out within two months. Could not find receipt, but when I called to inquire if I still had a record of purchase that could be used for exchange, I was told the card information used to purchase the bulbs should suffice. Came in to complete exchange, my phone number was not listed on file. Because of the failure of the store associate to place my information on file or take the correct number, I am now responsible for replacing this location’s faulty product. Buyer beware, clearly maladroit stock and staffing.

I bought an OBD II scanner on Saturday January 7th. Come to find out, I did not need the item anymore so I go to return it just to be refused by every store either because they didn’t have ‘cash on hand’ or because ‘it was an electronic item & they don’t return electronics’. Even though, the first thing I asked before buying a $378 item what the return policy is & being told by two different associates that were working at the time that I had a year to return it, there was no lack of communication. I repeated myself twice when it came to asking if I could return it. Come to find out they lied & that was only for the warranty. Now I’m having to reap the loss for someone else’s mistake? That isn’t right at all.
There are great people that work at this location. Management is not part in that group. The employees are great at helping. The management at this location are not; bean-counters that send away business before providing a 1% discount. There are 6 auto part stores within a 2-mile radius of this location that price match and now get my business.

I had a bad battery. The guy helping me quickly looked up the battery on the computer. The computer said it was a difficult install, but he told me he could probably do the exchange. He went out and had to pull off a fuse box to get to the battery but was able to get it out.
After he got it out, we went inside and asked what battery level I wanted. He saw I had an Expeditionary Medal on my license plate because he gave me the military discount.
The person helping me was both friendly and professional. He provided extraordinary service, which I am very appreciative of.
Came here tonight around 6: 30 pm on Sunday 13 This guys talking to someone on the phone I don’t know different language I was standing there for 20 minutes to get some help he didn’t even pay attention to me I left to autozone get my Alternator and battery just shame getting payd to talk on the phone
Had the best experience and service at this location. Harrison was extremely helpful and assisted with replacing my car battery. He did an excellent job and his professionalism truly shined!

I never wrote a review that quick after a service but after taking service from Jamie today, I felt I needed to write something. I pulled up with a engine light on and even though we didn’t come to a solution I’m still happy with the way Jamie did his customer service. I felt he was caring. A simple kind goes a long way, specially for people like me with very little knowledge about car and kinda panicked what to do. Jamie if you are reading this, I want you to know I appreciate you for your time and kindness!

Recently I moved to TX from GA where most cars do not have a front license plate. I called everywhere and they were going to charge me $50-80! However, I called O'reilly's and Harrison was so sweet and offered to drill my license plate on to my car! You saved me so much money and worry. Please give him a raise, he is so amazing!

Went in to location on Babcock near Huebner rd. Talked with Harrison. Explained my car was having problems starting. Harrison gladly came out, tested my battery and determined I needed new one. Harrison even installed it for me right there in the parking lot. 15 minutes later I was back on the road. Harrison provided A+ service.
