Clean and was able to walk in and use scanner for my car and get a report within minutes. Thank you.

The Assisantant Store Manager Aaron was amazing helped me recover my air filter accident and even helped me install it in the parking lot. Employee Lonnie was also very helpful he pointed me in the right direction when it came to fixing my oil pan and it saved me a lot of money would 10/10 recommend this place staff really know their stuff and are very helpful

My car's check engine light came on, and I had it checked there. I also had some concerns about the air pressure in my tires. The gentleman who assisted me was so kind, helpful, and patient. Every time I've gone to this store, the customer service has been outstanding!

Went to get a part, a pulley for my ac belt, they gave me the wrong part and it looked very similar so I didn't question it, but when I placed the part the pulley didn't move, I loosen the pulley and it moved but the bolt was loose, no matter what I did if I tighten the bolt the pulley would freeze, so I place the old pulley and it worked, the new pulley was damaged, I went back to buy a new one thinking I installed it wrong and when I go they told me that's not the right one, and they have to order it, but they didn't say anything about them selling me the wrong one, asked me if I wanted the right now they would have to order it and I would have to pay for shipping, I told them I was going to go to auto zone, and they didn't have it either had to special order it also, but they didn't charge me for shipping, picking it up in 2 days

Friendly service. One guy was able to refer a truck stop for a part that they didn't carry.

I was able to quickly find a product I was looking for and received very fast, courteous service.

Josh was and has been so very helpful and polite! He helped me with all the questions i had about cost, and my options of original parts versus aftermarket! The store was very cool and clean, and everyone seemed very freindly! Will be my NEW AND ONLY parts store, it was well worth the extra 12 miles to their store versus the Taylor store! Thanks again Josh for all your help!
