7Much rather come here than auto zone or Napa any day. Great service and usually have everything you need also have more people that know what there doing.
The ladies just works in there is very knowledgeable. The man a pretty good got one always has an attitude with me. I try to stay away from him. But everybody else works very well with me they get everything I need
Parts readily available, if not in stock they have the attitude we can get it.
The lady that tried to help me replace my back glass wiper, bent it and now it doesn't touch the glass on the 3 inches
But other than that, they usually have what you need or can order it
They are nice. But ensure you have the right part number. I've never gotten the right part from them.
Also, I've caught them lying to me telling me "we have 1 part left in store, " to find out they have more. But they are usually polite and want to he helpful.
Customer service is good as soon as I walked in they were asking how they could help.
They didn't have what I was looking for, but was so kind in trying their best in searching for it. Really good peoples to deal with.
