11Wow just amazing how employees are on there own phone talking smack but you have customers waiting in line
See my last similar post about the other location to get a feel about my thoughts on this place
We went for a part the mechanic wanted to replace but the attendent insisted that we needed another part.
No sense of urgency. Workers eating while giving out parts another one talking on her personal phone and arguing, while line kept getting longer.
EMPLOYEES OF THE YEAR
I have never had such an awesome experience at an auto parts store. Giving a huge shout out to Cruz who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, as well as Bryan "Chewy" with my battery installation.
I felt this place was a little understaffed, but the staff was respectful and fast, and they even had a small assortment of free tools to allow me to work on my vehicle in front of the store!
Love this store the Manger is awesome one or the best I ever been to a 1000 times better than auto zone
O'Reilly's is a good place to buy parts I believe O'Reilly's is better than AutoZone they have a better variety and quality of parts and I believe that their parts last longer than AutoZone but AutoZone do have people that do care more even though their parts are not that well but O'Reilly's sometimes they have people with attitudes and they act like they don't care about their jobs it just depends on the one you go to because everybody is not the same some people love what they do and others don't
The staff here are great they greet you and are actually eager to help.these guys are awesome
I had to re rate this place since Pablo has left I have an with that location because I never had a problem getting parts and now that Pablo has left I call and they never find my warranty parts or parts in general so now I'm going to change my account to somewhere else.
