O'Reilly Auto Parts, San Antonio TX

I live between Auto z and O'Reilly's so i go to O'Reilly's the staff is always friendly ready to help you the ladies when i leave i know got the best service i be back

Just left after I stood for 10 min with no acknowledgement watsoever I was the only customer is was going to purchase a new starter but I went to auto zone totally different customer service 3 women were working so might be reason why!

07/23/22. The assistant Manager answered all my question's was very helpful while outside trying to fix my cars a/c. We know how hot it gets outside in closing thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts

This is a great place for car parts. My pops has an 84 Ford so those parts are pretty old. We went there to get some parts for the truck. The staff was extremely helpful in helping my pops find the parts he needed. I would highly recommend the Bandera store.

Shout out to my people at this location.this is my main spot for parts. Gonzalo and Natasha and Homer help me during the week for my business BEST FLEET SERVICE auto repairs and on the weekends Herman and Bryan help me out.thanks y'all for your help. The store is always clean and the staff friendly. All mentioned above have been very knowledgeable in parts/vehicles. Parts delivered in a timely manner. Have no complaints and I also pass up three or four other O'Reilly's to come to this one.just because I know I will be treated right and because they actually KNOW what they're doing.some stores can't even look up parts right. Instead of guessing or answering "I don't know" to questions they ask to make sure the vehicle is correct now all we gotta do is give them license plate number and gets all the correct info needed. Photos are what was recently purchased in a same day period for 3 vehicle we are repairing. Thanks again yall

Great service and very competitive prices. There is usually at least one female working behind the counter. The only auto parts store where I see women of all ages come in and comfortably conduct their business. As the father of two adult daughters this alone would earn my business.

Brought New 3yr Wattany battery employee did a good job installing, it also putting in new windshield blades.put in brake fluid.

Excellent place people treat you good there take care of the customers first not like AutoZone they're always on the phone which I think they should take care of customers first

Once I've entered into my first O'Reillys I never went anywhere else. Their customer service is the best.

Kinda busy for a Sunday afternoon but with 3 clerks that did what they could. I went in to buy a car battery for my son because the other car store didnt have the correct size.

Nice and clean service is right and staff is knowledgable. Many parts stock and aftermarket nice and organized.

This guys know their stuff. 99.9% of the time the parts I need are in stock. I drive a more than twenty year old beat up truck. So that is saying alot. Having the luck of the Irish on my side is just icing on the cake!

This store has almost everything you need for your vehicle and the employees are professional and courteous plus the service is great.

Horrible service, I dont know anything about cars but some how knew more than them. Best to go to autozone
