13Bought an engine air filter for my truck. I installed it myself. However, I had some difficulty repositioning the air filter cover and latching one of the latches. I went to O'reilly's and talked to Fernie. He went out to my truck and quickly was able to latch the third latch. He showed me what I had been doing wrong. Great service!
Horrible customer service had to wait over 30 minutes in a empty store just to get a return done and when they finally did it employees had lots of attitude towards me
Tony was excellent, he quickly helped me check my alternator and get exactly the parts I needed.

Went to the store. Picked up the items I needed from the shelf. That's when the trouble started. I was the only person standing in line. The guy kept taking one phone call after another, and the other employees kept helping people behind me. When I finally was able to purchase my items, the guy called the next person before I could even pickup my items from the counter. This has been the rudest experience I have had in a long time.
Very nice lady's, one of them help me right away and offer information. I recommend that store.
O'Reilly Auto Parts on Trawood and Yarbrough is my go to place. The managers there know what they're talking about and are very helpful.

Bad advice from an associate who said he knew what was wrong with car car. Wasted time and money.
They are so helpful, my wipers fell off and the put them back on correctly after auto zone put them on wrong
They won't even order a warranty part to there store with out taking the old. And you can't return electrical parts that are bad. I'll never buy from oriellys again with these new policies.
If you have thr engine light on they will help you find out what is not working on your vehicle. If they don't have the part they will order for you if they have it in other store or the houseware.
As always O'Reilly came thru for me. I needed a carb kit for an old Motorcraft 2bbl and, the peeps at Napa wanted more info than I had with me. I came over here and, Angel took care of me like a champ
