O'Reilly Auto Parts, San Antonio TX

O'Reilly's Auto Parts is my go-to place for auto parts or all my Automotive needs for that matter was previously a long time AutoZone customer but a store manager from a location in New Braunfels Texas whom I will not mention only because I don't want him to get fired from AutoZone and then maybe get a job at O'Reilly's LOL let him stay at AutoZone O'Reilly's Auto Parts no matter what location has all my business for the rest of my living days thank you O'Reilly's and for all the employees whom I've had great experiences with there are always professional and knowledgeable

I went to get a new battery, they had it available and they even installed it for me. Amazing service. Will recommend them to everyone

It's a good part store. They usually have whatever part I may need; if not then they can get it quickly

I like O'Reilly Auto Parts. It's smaller floor space still has most everyday parts available as well as special order. I've bought several car batteries there over the years. Today, the clerk was unaware Bosch Wiper Blades were on sale for President's Day, but he made the effort to find blades which had been depleted for the sale.

Glad OReilly opens at 7: 30am. My friend and His Vehicle were stuck until a parts store opened. So by 8: 30am, he was mobile and going home in Universal City.

Received horrible customer service from an associate called Noe! His overall attitude & rudeness made me walk out the door without purchase! Wont be coming back to this store!

Reliable. I have been going there since 1981 when it was high low. I fixed many vehicles on that coach light parking lot. WC HS Auto mech 1983

Henry Ramirez is the guy to ask for! Professional, friendly, beyond knowledgeable about everything related to any type of vehicle! I literally drive across town to go to O'Reillys because of the service I receive each time

They were helping people and seemed delighted to do so. Although, nobody greeted us or offered help as we entered the store. I felt a bit like a ghost. We found what we were looking for quickly. Since there was no line, we were able to get out quickly. All of the employees were well groomed and wearing their masks. This made the experience feel safe. Overall, not bad y’all! I might stop by again and say boo?

Henry at this location is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes way out of his way to make sure he takes care of the customers. I will keep coming back just because of him!

Employees were very helpful, but a five year battery should have more than a 3 year warranty. I'm not happy with O'Reilly on having to pay almost $200 for a new battery.

Not happy with the know it all attitude and the, I don't have time for all that, mentality.

Pretty good place to go to get your car parts, have 10% military discount as well. Ask for Henry, he really knows what he is talking about. Got me a pretty good deal on my front brakes for my F150 at this location. If they don't have it, they will order it and it will be there by the next day.

I love this location! The staff is friendly and is always helpful. Yesterday I went in to get oil for my car and they offered to put it in for me! I was blown away by the helpfulness of this staff! Keep up the great work! Update: May 2020- Had to get a new battery for my car and I called ahead to see if they had the battery. Went in and Henry remembered speaking to me and even remembered my name! I got my battery and was in and out in less than ten minutes. Now that’s Wow service! Thank you Henry!
