Definitely not terrible. Needed a Serpentine belt for my truck. They had one in stock, it was the right price, exactly as described on their website. Installed it, perfect fit. Threw the old one in the trash, that's about it.

I can't even describe how much I love o'reilly's overall. But this one for sure has helped me in so many ways, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me get my lugnut locks off when I lost the key.
The staff is always well informed on their merchandise and even if they don't have a clear answer they'll take time to assist with collecting as much info as possible
I have to stick with O'Reilly's not just for its convenience but experience has told me that I get better service here. I've actually had someone from one of their competitors sell me a completely wrong part for my car and then argue with me about whether or not it was right. O'Reilly's told me the difference and helped me get it figured out
I wish this store was closer to where I live. In fact, if I could I'd open my own place under the O'Reilly name. I always get great service. The store is staffed properly and I've never had to wait for any extended period of time. Inventory is good.

I got stuck since one of the battery terminals wasn't making right contact with the battery, long story short Jesus took care of me and also lent me his tools so I could make it to my home!

Absolutely awful! A battery I bought from this store stopped working, but it was still under warranty. I went to the store with my receipt thinking they would replace it but they refused. Apparently the battery they put in my car was not the one on the receipt. The store manager tried to claim that someone (not affiliated with Oriellys) must have swapped my battery out without me knowing. This place is a scam. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Advanced Auto Parts just down the street.
I ordered fuel filters, and it took 2 months to arrive, in which they lost my order and required me to come back to the store just for my refund
Great experience! There was a specific worker names Fernando who was knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions while also answering his coworkers questions as well
I love this place. They are knowledgable and humble enough to find the right thing. Usually I get a know-it-all or a know-nothing at auto stores. These guys know how to find the right part or the the next best or whatever. Usually they know the part but even when they don't they know where to look it up.
These guys are always helpful. Usually have some sort of sale going onb, and I'm able to get in and out faster than the line at Whataburger.
Poor customers service don't call to let customers know they didn't get the parts in that you ordered and never even tried to get the parts in or re order. Dont even know why it has to be ordered when one was at the north lamar location wasted 3 days of my time. They explanation I got was sometimes we get busy and don't remember to call even though the company they order from calls to let them know they don't have said part
