Good customer service competitive prices and everyone had on a mask it was a wonderful experience because they were with willing to accommodate

O'Reilly is a good, solid auto parts store. It doesn't matter what you need, they usually have it.
Yes, other stores will habe much, of not the same parts. They had exactly what I needed however and were very helpful.
I rated them mainly on their assistance, as the parts are the same at most stores.

Not super clean or tidy but they had what I came for and had a good experience at the checkout

Bought a battery guy installed went back counter guy stripped my car remote by using to big of a screw drive when I called him out on it he gave me attitude and said only one he had I'm sure the sell others just beware

Very helpful staff.had what I needed and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Good to have them in the community.

I think the employees need further training involving their interpersonal skills how they deal with customers when individual is a very rude person

Always either have or can get the parts that I need to do any job. I run a repair shop out of my garage as a side job.

O'Reilly Auto Parts always treats me, a female, with respect & depending on my purchase, help me out the door, actually replace the part I bought, or just wish me a great day!

Try to get something by phone 3 different times and they never answer, also came to the store and had to order my auto part since they couldn't pick up the phone and found out the day after that they had the wrong piece.

Best place to get parts, Way better than any other Oreillys in Conroe. I cannot count how many times the great employees at this store have fixed problems caused by other locations.

They have advertised they do Free installation of viper blades. I bought expensive once even though guy refused to install.

I came into the store and was warmly greeted by Stan. He began to help me with some new wiper blades for my car and offered to install them for me also. He did and did a wonderful job. He has such a wonderful, helpful personality. Thank you Stan! You Rock
