They all literally help one another, work with each other with the a smile on each one of thier faces. Mr. Todd & the amazing team know how to get work done. I can definitely agree they deserve 5 stars, plus a raise!

I needed 3 new wiper blades and didn't have a clue what kind or how to install them. The very kind Salesman found what was needed and even installed them for me, at no additional charge. He made my day!

I just have to say every time I’ve been here it’s been a positive experience. No matter who has helped me. Battery, wipers, fob battery. Check engine lights. Everyone is helpful and kind. No bad attitude. Not a long wait. I cannot say the same for their competitor. I was always come back here for whatever I need!

This is a terrible place to get cats part. They gave you the wrong part. I bought oil and oil filter combo. I found out the gave wrong filter after I have drained the old oil. I have to put in new old and drove back to the store. They not even compensate the new oil which I put in and to drain again to replace filter core. Bad place!

The employees are helpful, curtios, and if the item you are looking for is not in there store or is out of stock they can check there other stores to see if they have it and if they do you can pay for for it there and go to the other store and just pick it up with no hassel.

Two mornings ago I got in my car to go to work. Turned the key and…”tick tick ticked”. Tried to get it to start a couple more times hearing the ticks each time till finally it turned over n started. Whew! Explained at work why I was late and was told sounds like the battery. Then “Go to O’Reilly’s on Beach and Basswood, they’ll check it out for you”. Ok cool! Bit of trouble getting it to start after work but headed to O’Reilly’s. A very friendly and helpful young guy got a thingamajig and came out to check the battery. Sure enough it was almost dead. Went back inside he showed me the appropriate batteries in stock, I bought the one he recommended, he installed it and answered all the questions I had in an informed and respectful manner. I will certainly be back when I need anything car related again.

The gentleman behind the counter was kind courteous and more than helpful. He went above and beyond to help my mother and I. I am so sorry I didn't get his name. But he does deserve a raise. He helped me with checking the fluids in my mother's Toyota. Wish there was more people like him in the world.

I have no problem with O'Reilly, even though they did not have the hose I was looking for. AutoZone also did not have that hose.

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them. I have had issues with my battery (not from Oreillys) several times. They always happily test my battery and alternator for free and offer me advice. The last time my battery wouldn’t completely recharge and they offered to fully charge it for me at no cost! I left my vehicle with them for a hour to take the battery out and recharge it and they literally charged me $0 for it. They are so happy to help! Thank you O’Reilly’s staff!

Incredible staff, could use more Spanish speakers working there though. Never had a problem with anyone there and I've never had a bad purchase.

The lady was rude and wouldn't do the diagnostic test that the sign out side said they clearly do.there is no sign saying they are not doing diagnostic test cause of covid.y'all lost a customer for life

Good service. Not much selection of parts. Everything i needed on my last trip they would have ordered. In the past this has not been the case. Hopefully they will start stocking parts instead of having them in their warehouses.

Gave us the wrong Freon refill kit for our car model, but the workers were nice and friendly from what I remember.

This used to be a good store back when Bobby and Tony were around more. Now it seems you can't hardly get any help or much less good parts. Then half of the new employees don't know how to work the computer anymore. EMPLOYEE TRAINING STEP 1 SHOULD BE RETURNS BECAUSE O'REILLYS SELLS JUNK!
