O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
19I needed windshield wipers. Kind service lady helped me pick out the size I needed. Then offered to install the wipers on my car (in the rain) at no charge. I am very pleased and will return.
We came here for battery testing and they did tell us that our alternator was fine but it was the battery. They recommended the right battery and installed it for us. There is great service here.
This is specifically for the Canton Texas location. Awesome staff. My daughter in laws car died on her. She was able to get it jumped off and drove to the O'Reilly. They correctly diagnosed a failed alternator, and then allowed her to leave her car parked there until I could get there the next day to repair it. The repair sucked but at least I was able to do it on a nice concrete parking spot. And of course they had the replacement in stock. Great job Canton O'Reilly!
The people don't know as much they needed to get the right parts all the time the manager needs to work on with the employee and there attitude too
I assume it a n I ce clean place to shop I didn't go inside I was there to met a contractor and show him how to get to the job site. Sorry
Always have the parts I need and are willing to always help find what I need. Theres not a bad O'Reilly's in town the one in Canton is great too.
Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed on hand but they could order it for next day but I needed it that day so the employee spent about 30 min just finding the actual part number so I could look for it in stock at another place and wouldn't have to spend another 30 minutes looking for it all over again once I got there
The staff went out of their way to assist me in the installation of a new AGM truck battery. The knowledge and assistance of the staff made a very difficult job possible. Darkness, rain, complexity of installing the battery in a modern vehicle and having the correct tools saved the day. Special thanks to Randi Munn for her vital knowledge and individual assistance.
Don't trust the website when it says "In Stock" at your selected location. Chances are though, the computer inventory was right, it was the human factor that made a quick store pick-up a 2 day ordeal. My business goes across the street if at all possible.
They are always so nice and helpful. If they can't help you they try to find someone who can.
Jose and Jerry were amazing. Our anniversary vacation would have been a horrible mess. God does have Angel's. They are Jose and Jerry at OReillys in Canton. Thank yall from the bottom of our hearts.
Had no help at all while needing a battery changed. Was forced to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to get out there. Thankfully, associate Jacob went out there and helped me. Everyone else seemed to not care. Terrible experience. Would give it 1 star, but Jacob kept me from going any lower.
I went there to get a starter for my 97 GMC pick up and they were very helpful and courteous. They even found one that was 40 dollars cheaper than they told me on the phone. The best Auto parts store around.
For the most part they're always helpful and give good service. Sometimes when it's a little busy some people get an attitude.
Clean environment and stocked with great automotive products and unique tools to help with any automotive projects
Stopped in for a burned out head lamp. Counter man friendly, helpful and fast. Good place.
Thank God there wasn't a woman behind the counter for once I got the right parts and they knew what I was talking about
Had what was needed 90% of the time.
Very courteous and helpful.
Same as all businesses, they have been taken by the Far Left Socialist Democrat Covid rules, which is an embarrassment only to remove Trump from office.
4 employees; 2 customers. The more questions that were asked, the more their attitudes flared, to the point of the largest employee there taking an agressive "in your face" stance and calling customer a MF! Customer decided he wasn't going to jail over an O'Reilly's counter guy! When they told him to take his MF'n A** to Tyler, he went right across the street to Auto Zone and they fixed him right up. Lost longtime business owner and faithful customer FOREVER!
