O'Reilly Auto Parts, Longview TX

Tried to save some money and special ordered a wiper blade. 2 weeks and nothing. Went to store only to find out they took my money but never even bothered to order the part. Got money back and went and picked up one from dealer at twice the price.

I seem to have better luck getting most parts at O'Reilly's than I do at AutoZone. The hub store has a back "commercial" area with employees who are more knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have better than the employees at the main counter up front.

Victor in commercial is my go-to guy for all my car parts needs. He's very knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Go to O'Reilly for your car parts. They are professional and most of the brands they sell have great warranty.

Didn't have the part I needed in stock but another store did, they drove and picked it up for me so I could get my truck fixed

But It still had an oil leak.blowing oil onto the engine.
Burning more oil than usually.

Valvoline Oil Change told me to try O'Reilly's Auto Parts for the leaky oil cap.

The O'Reilly near my house figured out what oil cap I needed.and then sent me to the store that had the part in stock for HER CAR. THANKS.

This particular location offers good service. I went in looking for a trim tool and was assisted very quickly upon entering the store. Very friendly employees.

Number 1 go to. Guys here don't ever give me the wrong stuff. 10 outta 10 will recommend this location over the other locations.

Visited the Marshall Ave store earlier to replace an alternator, the Manager named Victor was courteous and helpful in replacing the part and getting me on my way. Courteous young people are becoming a rarity. Great job Victor.

This is location had a small line was able to get by battery tested, replaced and installed in less than 15 min. They took care of all of it. Great job!

I went to the Gilmer Rd.store to buy (3) 12v push buttons and relays. They had 1 button and 2 relays. Asst mgr looked on computer and sent me to HW 80 warehouse store for the rest. He said they had them. I drove 20 min across town only to be told " we can't locate them" after 15 min of walking thru store while they searched. This place would make a great parts house. They should get some parts!

I'm giving the store a 4 star based on the first time I came in I didn't catch the young man's name he was really helpful he had on a black tee shirt I had to come back to grab another part and the Spanish man seem lost it took him a little while to help me not sure what was the problem

Never have a problem with ANY of the o'Reilly's I've been to. That's my first stop!

Best prices! I went to Autozone to try to get some lights and later went to O'Reilly. After comparing O'Reilly turned out to have the best prices.
