Great service every time. Since I moved in the area I am there a lot. Tony is always polite and he knows his stuff. I will definitely be a client for a long time to come.

Excellent experience with staff here. Staff helped diagnose a dead battery and provided tools and assistance to replace the battery in a rainstorm. Standard O'Reilly Auto parts selection but Excellent service.

Irish coffee and oil do not go well together in the morning. You should definitely try antifreeze instead

My cars engine light was on and I also needed a battery. I had been to another shop and they wouldn't help me because of Covid. Another customer told me to come here and Benito diagnosed my car for free and sent me to a different shop to get it fixed. Thanks Benito!

Becky should check their return policy (and her attitude) before being so belligerent to a regular customer. She’s one of the reasons I take my shopping online. Amazon doesn’t backtalk when trying to make a legitimate return.

Carlos is the man, if I ever have any questions relating anything to do with cars, he's the one to ask.

O Reilly Auto parts has some of the nicest & knowledgeable parts men & women! If their store doesn't t have your part, they will have it delivered from another store so you can get it! Has all the items you would need to help kerp your auto in good shape. I purchased rain ex and armour all towelettes. Easy to get to on Lemmon. Bery clean store.

Van broke down these folks had parts let us barrow most of the tools we needed and were very fiendly

This is usually my "go-to" auto parts store because the people are helpful and knowledgeable. I made the mistake today of stopping by a different auto parts store. I quickly left and came back to the Oreilly store on Lemmon (where I should have gone in the first place)! As usual, they were helpful and gave me some tips about the problem I was having and how to fix it.

Very slow service at 4: 30PM on a weekday when the store was barely busy. Only 2 staff members working

By far one of the worst part stores in Dallas. Wont take returns when they give you the wrong parts and wont honor the sale prices.good luck to other customers. I choose to spend my money at a different part store
