O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
10Javier Chapa was sooo amazing and had excellent customer service. The only part that kind of upsetted me was watching his co-worker (blonde hair little girl) come out and roll her eyes & walked away all upset because he was still assisting me! Someone there needs to educate blondie on customer service, that was very rude & unprofessional. Thank you again Javier!
Javier is extremely knowledgable and professional in his communication. I needed a unique battery that none of the other auto parts stores could find. Javier found it in the system and had it at the store within 1 day.
As a female I went in crying I had to get a part for my car I didn’t know anyone that’s install it. Shoutout to Austin who saw my crying & help me with my car part & put that car part on 100/10 service to Austin!
Called first to see if they could change the battery in my truck. Joel answered and said yes, they could. Told him I was 5 minutes away. I get there, turn my truck off, walk in and Joel says sorry, can’t help you, I’m the only guy here. What!? I just talked to you. He didn’t have one care. I told him I turned my truck off and it’s not going to start. His response: “we have a jumper box. ” Wow. After that I wasn’t leaving. I’ll get this battery out myself. The best part? He wasn’t being honest as another gentleman came to help after I decided to do it myself. Just horrendous customer service.
The attention super bad the employee rude xenophobic arrogant rude and does not know how to give a reason to give you a solution to your request The employee is chubby and white I could not detail his name.
Was getting great service from this lovely gentle men till this other worker who was taking his own clients took time to leave his clients just to come talk to me aggressively and snatched my receipt from my hand never coming back to that o’reillys and wishing nobody ever goes through that
Overall, it's another cookie cutter location, and nothing is really wrong with that. It's usually pretty quick in and out, and the staff is helpful and respectful. I will day they have a tricky thief issue unfortunately. I've purchased a few items that have previously been opened or tampered with and some with small amounts missing.
The employee Rick Davis is very knowledgeable about parts and vehicles and will not bs you and will get you the correct part and his customer service is beyond professional and he helps his team members and and management.this guy needs a promotion.
Good store with great staff. Too bad Jay always has an attitude and is very difficult to deal with. First call is tough when your rep seems like she hates her job. Everyone else is awesome!
Get the best parts with the best knowledge. I have a 2018 engine and these people knew exactly what I needed and what I did not. A plus service techs.
