8In my opinion, this is the Best O'Reillys around Great service, clean store and knowledgeable staff that will take the time out to listen and help you.
I don’t like this store, doesn’t have enough staff. I have to wait 20 mins just to get check out.
I really don't like this location not enough staff members an they move kinda slow. I would like to say that I try to look for the staff member named Charles now he has good Customer service and very helpful makes sure that you are taking care before helping or moving on to other customers he makes sure that you are very much satisfied before leaving.
I've been to this location twice this week after getting a new battery. Each time Jeffrey offered outstanding customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a huge help.
Let me start by saying that the music was playing inappropriate. The employee with the salt and pepper mohawk was old enough to know better. However, he kept his music playing. It was so disrespectful. The Hispanic employee was professional, I give him 5

Today, I had a Very Positive Experience The Young Attendant was "Top~Notch". He went Over and Above to locate the part that I needed. As he was retrieving the part, I was searching a competitor's store on my phone to insure that I was getting The Best Deal. The other store's price seemed to be less expensive, so I declined the purchase. The Attendant understood and wished me well. Moments later I returned to O'Reilly's. I told them that I contacted their competitor store only to find out that their advertisement was incorrect.their product and their Price along with their "On~Hand" quantity Did Not Match. Even the lack of concern was communicated. Nonetheless, like I Said O'Reilly Auto Parts, Thank You Thank You Thank You!
I bought a battery from this place in 2021, a battery that was supposed to have a 3 year warranty. It got bad this year 2022. I went there to have a replacement. To my greatest surprise and disappointment, I was told the battery was not in their system. Whoever I bought the battery from at that location did not enter it in their warranty system. However, the store associate I met there confirmed that the battery was actually from them but missing in the system. This is total dishonestly! Be careful when shopping from them, if you have to.
