I have been going to O'Reilly on Waldren Rd since 2017. The store has always had the parts and tools I needed. The personnel have always been professional and willing to install the parts such as batteries and wipers.
They had what I needed but the prices were more than double the price that Walmart charges.
The staff at this place are awesome! They didn’t hesitate when I asked them to help me put my windshield wipers on! I know they are supposed to help however, a lot of times I get pushback from other places! Great job y’all!
Excellent customer service Justin was amazing, I was stranded and he sent someone with the part immediatly.
Went in looking for a part for my sister's car. The young lady that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. She found what I was looking for, gave me my options and ordered the part. I have always had great service at this store.
Stopped by yesterday to have free battery test. After explaining my few issues with staff member behind counter he said I didn’t need test and that cables were probably dirty and needed cleaning, but he refused to do free battery test. The website says FREE BATTERY TEST! So today I stopped at a real vehicle service business and asked to have my battery looked at and it was pretty clean and cables were connected tightly, I watched mechanic look at the battery… so after having my battery tested and determining that it is going bad, I had the real vehicle business replace it…. Needless to say O’Reilly has lost a customer for life!
Was greeted as I walked in the door. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me find exactly what I needed. Thank-you!

Friendly, helpful staff, and as an account holder I saved more than 50% on my purchases today. It's not always that much but in this economy. Every dollar saved is a dollar earned.
