Felicity and Woody were awesome! They were both friendly and changed our battery quickly. They were very engaging and chatted with us as they worked on the car, Woody even changed the terminal as well. All in all, great customer service and friendly staff!

My battery in my car kept dying on me so I took it to auto zone in Pleasanton to get checked. The lady had me turn off my car then told me she could not check my battery because the plastic Cover over it was a liability. Then told me she also couldn’t jump start me because her machine wasn’t strong enough for my car…… then proceeded to jump start a DODGE RAM.
Now I don’t know much about vehicles but I’m sure a truck needs more power than a car. She told me she could sell me a battery but that I’d have to put it on at home…… then left me outside with a dead car.
So I called o Riley’s and the manager (Greg) came over and changed the battery for me
The auto some lady did not look happy she was rude.
Needless to say I’ll never go back to auto zone!
Wasn't a long wait got the items I needed in great time and was helped and gained knowledge to which item worked better for the work I was performing
Great store, Jonathan & Adrian both went out of their way to provide exceptional service.
The place is clean up front and so is the parking area. The cashier's are always helpful in helping you find what you are looking for, and will answer any questions you may have about a product. The are even kind and soft heated towards the elderly and handicaps that can not carry heavy products they have brought and help you place it in your vehicle. Now that is a store going back to everytime, it shows you love for their customers.
