We went there to pick up a part
The old man with glasses
In commercial department it’s rude
I’m not there asking for nothing free
He have to learn how to treat customers
Please hire new people with skills
Needed some info on the availablility of a part. I must’ve called 20 times no answer, so I ended up driving to the store just to learn it’s not available. If you want any info from them you better just go inside the store.
Needed a part late night says they close at 9pm so I rushed to get there but they had locked up when they seen me parking right infront of the store by 8: 55pm.
They had great customer service I was in there and out in 5 minutes.well stocked
Easy in and out on weekends. Walter is the best.
Monday through Friday is busy and docking can be tight.
I honestly don't know how a company can hire someone who is cruel to animals it makes me sick I won't be shopping here
