Well, we know everything about O’Reilly. They got better prices than anybody else. In El Paso. I use O’Reilly a lot they find my parts. I have no issues with them and they’re always in a good move.
Javier is the best! I ordered some replacement led headlamps of the internet. My sticker was due and one of my low beams was not working.
When I went to install them i discovered the ones are ordered did not fit. I went to two nearby A****Z*NES and neither could find the right bulbs for my truck (I did take the new and original bulbs),
Javier at O'Reilly #1848 looked at my new bulbs and compared them to the original. Javier discovered that my new bulbs had a removable adapter! O'Reilly may have lost a $100 sale but gained a new life-long customer. Thank you Javier!
Don't think you'll get a quick answer over the phone or quick service in person. This location is always so packed and busy that they are always leaving customers on hold and the number of people having to wait on line at the store is just as long. Only good thing is that they do keep their store clean and stocked. Aside from that it's going to be a while for any help you may need.

Orileys on Alameda better one to go to being is one of their warehouse…and counter people know what they’re doing
We went there several times to charge different batteries and for wierd odd reason they all bad even though 2 were brand new batteries how can every battery we take is bad that don't make any sense what so ever
-5 stars if I could. Went to the store to change a battery that they had given me the wrong one for my make and model of the car. Asked for it to be replaced and instead of helping me get the battery out they stated that they were unable to because there was only two of them available at the moment. Kept making me go in and out of the store because I had to be exchanging the tools. I wouldn't have to be replacing the battery if they would have given me the right one the first time.
