I had a check engine and needed a diagnostic. It was raining and I was the first customer. John made sure the store was open right on time and was finished with the diagnosis in less than 5 minutes. Appreciate his work and wanted to say good job John and Plainview O’reilly.

Just stopped in to get a check engine light diagnosed two employees were walking up to the front just looked at me and didnt even bother greeting me. I said hello and they both said nothing back and so I asked if they could help me with a check engine light and still neither of them responded to me but they both said something quietly to one another. Ultimately I was helped and after some awkward silence I was given a printout with my code and I left. This level of rudeness is unacceptable.

I went in to buy a headlight bulb and I had no clue what type of bulb or how to even replace it. Jonah offered his help and actually removed and installed the new bulb for me in less than 5 minutes. It would have taken me 30 min at least. Awesome help, and awesome customer service. Thanks Jonah!

Nobody said hello when I walked in.told cashier I was there to pick up a part.at first he told me he couldn't find it then about 10 mins later somebody else came with the part.rang it up and laid my receipt on the counter.no thank you.nothing

Went in to get some coolant, waited to check out while being ignored by staff as they continued to look for parts for people, instead of taking care of customers waiting to pay. Ended up walking out. 100% do not recommend
