O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
11 I went in to have my battery checked, and the employee told me “it’s good, but it needs to be charged. I don’t know what you wanna do. ” I asked him to charge it, then he said “oh, actually I think it’s bad. ” He retested it and said that it was fully charged at 12v and that it was bad. He sold me a new battery, but I ended up keeping the old one. I took the old one across the street to Autozone, where they tested it, told me it that it needed to be charged, but that it was fine. I let them charge it and took the new one back for a return. I’ve never had a bad experience at an oriley’s before, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. He also had to make 4 separate transactions despite asking for help from a coworker, because he didn’t ask if I wanted to keep the battery, then didn’t refund it correctly when I returned it.
This experience gets 2 stars instead of one because the employee was nice through the whole ordeal at least.
Amazing customer service, I was assisted by Miguel, he was very prompt and knowledgeable. Thank you very much for your great service, I’ll definitely be coming back for all my auto needs!
Fire the slow guy with no eyebrows. Will be a liability issue for you. Plus he doesn't know how to speak to customers.
I spent 4 hours or something changing my alternator in their parking lot. 10/10 would recommend
I just want you to know that the service at this store is terrible, they leave you waiting 15 to 20 minutes and they hang up on you, you ask questions in parts and they don't know, or finally they say we don't have the option to go to another store and they have them, simply bad service, don't visit this one.store
I really recommend this location, the customer service is great. The team members are very nice and knowledgeable, specially Miguel. He didn’t think twice to helping me and change the battery for my car.
Came for a batter check / change and service was very fast and professional. Highly recommend
I went in for a new battery. Leonardo went above and beyond explaining the different types of batteries and change it out for me. His expertise and professionalism is amazing. Thanks.
These guys rock. Great service and advice. This is the only auto parts store I would ever go to.
The latin employee with the piercings and tattoos on his neck, lied to me and said that my battery didn’t have enough charge for an electrical reading. I went directly over to AutoZone across the street and got the same test do without a battery charge. The AutoZone store manager showed me that my battery was fine. Thank you AutoZone. 1-Star for being lied to by the O’Reillys employee. I suggest AutoZone.
I called ahead to see if they had relay puller pliers. Was just m and out in about five minutes. Asked if they performed an electrical trace. The man at the counter said no but recommended a neighboring shop.
I haven't had time to check it out yet.
