9I went to purchase some engine oil and found it easily. Nice customer service and even had a gentleman help put the oil in for me. Glad there are still kind people in the world.
Edited: I went to the O'Reilly on Rio grande on a monday to drop off some batteries to get charged and I come to pick them up two days later and I ended up waiting about 15 minutes for them to locate my batteries, I'm a little disappointed this was my first setback with O'Reilly and hopefully my last I don't wanna change part stores because of something like this and I don't plan on it at the moment
Friendly people really help me out with trying to find out why my light came on in my car they found out what I needed with this machine they plugged in and it came in on a computer and it was free of charge
My car has 2 belts. From the top you can't see the second belt. So I bought the long belt. I had no idea there was a second belt. Well from O'Reilly's I got a tow truck home only to find out I should have gotten 2 belts instead of one

I went into our local O’Reilly’s today and received the best service. Leo and Sebastian were very helpful and knowledgeable. Being a woman I don’t know my way around a vehicle. These guys were so gracious and helped put fluid in my vehicle, changed my wipers and cleaned my battery. Hands down the best service ever.
One of the sales people saved me money by pointing out that what I was buying was two for the price of one.
Wonderful place I felt at home especially that I when I walked in I didn't know what I was talking about but the young man working there named Sebastyan was such a great help thank you O'reilly's for hiring him
I came to pick up a battery, because well, mine was bad. Apparently. I turned the ignition off for 15 seconds and it went completely dead. Marco! Marco went above and beyond to try to get the car started! He even pulling in his person vehicle. People like Marco make hard days like this a lot more easier to bare.
