Great customer service. My windshield wiper blew off my vehicle while driving in rain storm. I installed the wiper erroneously. I pulled into O’Reilly’s on Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX. They graciously replaced my wipers in the rain!
Disappointed. Stop by to replace a failed battery. Store brand, less than two years. Warranty was handled by a different store, good and pleasant experience, they didn't have it in stock and referred me to this location. Mimi the sale person said that she can/will replace it.
She is absolutely has no idea what she is doing. At first, to remove air intake, she used a wrong tool and as a result I have broken clips that securing it that now must be replaced. She successfully disconnected negative terminal, but positive become an issue. She started to tightening it. After I said that you are tightening it, she said that she is using a "clicking thing" (the ratchet!). And continue in the same direction applying more force. I've stopped her before she stripped the treads. The outcome was really unexpected: "than do it yourself" and walked away. So, I did it myself. When I walked inside the store and asked for a grease that goes on the terminals, another surprise - we don't have it! Seriously? Auto parts store don't have it?
Here is my personal experience - I bought a part (not a store fault) that failed in about a year vs 5, stuff that is not only has no clue what they are doing but also mean and rude. No basic components available. And I have to do something that store is advertising they do. And I try do use this service due to my physical limitations.

My opinion has changed since 5 years ago I have been going to this place by recommendation, now 2023, I have gone twice this month and on the first visit I asked for the recommendation for grasa de valeros and they told me that any one was good, then I asked for a device to put Valeria's grease and they told me that whatever it is is good, everything worked fine, then I returned on another day and asked for a light for my truck and they only pointed out the corridor where they were, the three people serving were busy eating a pizza on the counter of a 4th person who had brought it, I needed the focus and I bought it.they were not good experiences.
Waste of time, employees have no drive to help customers. They would rather talk and hang out. Charged more than should have under commercial account. O Reilly corporate closed my account quicker than I could get billed out for parts that were on the will call shelf.will not return to this store.
I had a new battery installed a couple of months ago at a different location and apparently it wasn’t secured properly at the time and recently came loose from the brackets holding it in place. So today I stopped by this location to get some help fixing the issue. I was helped within minutes. Trent got the battery stabilized and re-secured in short order and free of charge. He wouldn’t even let me tip him.
Always helpful, and they provide the installation of some maintenance items such as windshield wiper blade replacement.
Mimi is aces! She replaced a battery that was under warranty in nothing flat on 5/15/23 and couldn't have been nicer to me. I always go to this store since it has what I need and everyone is very friendly! Keep it up Mimi! It is appreciated!
Wesley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, thanks again. I never mention it during my visits, but ive been in Auto shops for over 20 years, I always wait to see what knowledge I can gain or how much the person behind the counter knows, Wesley is very sharp. Management, don't let that guy slip through your fingers.
The employees here are very friendly and helpful. I needed a new rear wiper for my vehicle. The young man behind the counter found the size that I needed and offered to install it for me. I was extremely grateful.

Went in for a replacement bulb for a front headlight. The store was clearly marked so I had no problem finding what I needed. Quick, friendly checkout.

Popped in this morning for a new battery. Unbeknownst to me, my dead battery was still under warranty. Very friendly staff, great music and ambiance.
I have bad experience I bought a coolant cashier overcharged me when i told him he argue with me then on display i have to show him a sticker price i didn't buy the coolant i want to auto zone Wright across the street i bought from there.
Darrell, Randy and all the guys at the Georgetown, Tx store always treat you right and know their stuff. Buy your auto parts from O'Reilly's! Enough said.
